    Great Hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights and had A great stay. The Hotel is located down town. There is another Hilton Hotel next by and We could use the pool on the roof in that Hotel. The Hotel had parking and restaurant. Right outside You can hop on A cable car. Be aware that in the center of San Fransisco there Are homeless almost everywhere, but our experience Are that they were harmless.

We stay here because they are a union hotel but this time Carlton was an amazing host. Gave us multiple recommendations and was very helpful. Because of Carlton we had an amazing time ! This will be the place we stay at when we come to the bay always !!!

Ok, but more like a 2-star hotel.

The hotel is OK. I'm pretty sure I chose it for the pool...but that is across the street at their sister property. I appreciated the bell service. They took forever to bring me more towels. The room was dusty, like gross dusty. And there was a super gross stain on the chair. I didn't love it.

    Amazing hotel

Stunning hotel room spotless cleaned everyday. Great view on 13th floor. Check in quick reception staff helpful and informative. Security on door welcoming someone there everyday. No complaints at all. Cable car and BART outside 2 minute walk. Tram service round corner. Hotel backs onto Tenderloin area but we walked round there no issues homeless mind there own business so don’t be put off. Such easy access for everything. Clipper card accepted on all transport just top up at station or walgreens. BART used from airport $10.55 and $2.50 for any area on tram. Cable car $8 each way. Waymo driverless car an experience and cheap too. Home now in the UK and miss SF already

    N/A

Meet Carlton at check-in counter and he is an awesome, honest and funny character. Over all I m very happy with check-in. However, No parking for customers to park car and valet parking is additional $85 so I drove around and found a public parking for $40 per night. We got a king size one bed room but space or room wise was the smallest room of all comparing to other rooms. Got a nice view from the 10th floor.
