Dinner at Mole was amazing
Neumi and Denice were excellent servers at the restaurant Mole. They were so attentive to our large party and dietary needs. The mariachi band was an extra surprise. They made amazing recommendations and continued to bring us drinks after we were done eating.

Amazing dinner at Mole!
Our very large family enjoyed an amazing dinner at Mole this evening. The hostess graciously seated us at tables near each other and our servers Noemi and Denis were incredible. Their recommendations were perfect for our gluten free family and everything they brought out far exceeded our expectations. The mariachi entertainment was the cherry on top - we could not have asked for better service or experience all the way around!

Delicious dinner!
Dinner was so good! Highly recommend the pork tacos, the guacamole appetizer and the churros. Everything we ate was delicious! Leandro was very attentive and took great care of us. My younger kids also really enjoyed the mc and cheese on the kids menu. Definitely come here during your stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen.

Great Family Resort
Paradisus Playa del Carmen is the family side of the huge resort, where we stayed. La Perla is the adults-only, and Reserva is the upgraded adults-only. I can only comment on the family side. The staff is excellent and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are very large and clean. The resort grounds are well-maintained. The water park, and pool with pirate ship, seemed very popular with children in the 4 - 10 years ages. There were very few teenagers at the hotel when we were there at the end of May. Restaurants served good food. Capella - the Italian restaurant with pizza and pasta - was the most kid-friendly. Make your restaurant reservations immediately upon your arrival to get your preferred eating times at preferred restaurants. Even if you are staying on the family side, you can go to the adults-only restaurants without the kids, and these are the better restaurants. Food suggestions: 1. The ice creme selection, with 20 flavours, was great. 2. The Lunchbox restaurant has a deep-fried Oreo cookie as a dessert choice - ask for it to be served hot. If you like pork sandwitches, this is the venue to order the Cuban Sandwitch (I found it better here than the pool-side grill). 3. Ask for the Pisco Sour drink at the Peruvian, Fuego restaurant. It was as good as those that I had in Peru. 4. Make your own Sangria at the station at the buffet.
