    Flora restaurant - the best location

    The Flora restaurant is for us by far the best restaurant in the hotel. Great and quiet atmosphere, fantastic food and absolutely friendly staff. Been there several times during our stay, simply different from the other places. Thank you for the hospitality.

    A lot good, some not so good

    Hotel was clean and comfortable and didn’t seem crowded. Enjoyed the large main pool and more private swim out pool. Main Buffet was fine and some of the restaurants were good. Food was never really hot. Mina was our favorite with the family style meat platter. Italian can be skipped. Our Concierge Emmanuel was very helpful and responsive. The rest of the staff was less helpful with only a couple members of the wait staff that went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Make sure to bring bug spray because the mosquitos are all around. Nighttime entertainment options for tweens / kids were very limited.

    Hotel is great the New Circle program must be improved.

    We have been coming to this hotel for years now and we really enjoy the experience that is why we came twice this year. Hotel is great, staff service is great and they go out of their way to help. However the value for money being a Melia member or a new Circle member is not worth the price to be a member. You can get better value booking through Expedia. The so called extras being a Club Melia or a New Circle member is not worth the membership costs. Melia should really look into this since we are not the only members that feel this way.

    Best all inclusive in Punta Cana! ( IMO)

    This was our fourth trip to Punta Cana. We’ve tried several different all inclusive resorts , but Paradisus Palma Real was our favorite and for one very big reason. The kids club was extraordinary. They entertain your children morning, noon and night, and they don’t just sit there looking at them. They took them in the pool for activities, they played games, they fed them, my children actually bonded with the wonderful ladies and gentlemen working there. In addition, the restaurants were excellent, and we were assigned our own personal concierge. This place definitely gets two thumbs up and five stars and we will be back at our new favorite place in Punta Cana!!

    Pure Paradise

    I would recommend this all inclusive resort to everyone looking for some relaxation from reality and some vitamin sea! Nice rooms, tasty restaurants, gorgeous beach and pool, unlimited drinks and smoothies and juice, daily activities including bachata and painting and nightly entertainment with music and karaoke. Emmanuel from concierge, Bernardo from baggage help, Osvaldo from Blue Agave, Yuderi from the reserve beach and Victor the cocktail machine from Flora were amazing.
