    Returning guest, so disappointed

    Oh Paradisus 😢we were so looking forward to revisiting this resort but it has been such a disappointment so far and we’ve only been here for 6 hours. Firstly let me say the staff have been amazing and very helpful and that is the only reason for the 3rd star. 1. Our first room had a noisy ac unit and then we heard a loud crash of glass and realised on further inspection our room was close to where they recycle the bottles from the resort. We requested to move rooms and the staff were amazing and very prompt in facilitating this. Concierge were very helpful in booking restaurants however compared to our last stay here a few years ago where there were a number of restaurants to choose from each night. Now there is literally the choice of only 2 restaurants each evening that rotate. We ate at La Palpoa, the food was warm/cold. One order of steak was not cooked as requested, we sent it back. They flashed it on the grill for a little longer and then returned it to us however the potato and vegetables had not been changed out and we’re cold. The octopus was burnt and the lamb was luke warm. We just needed dinner so ate what we could and then left and decided to order something from room service. 2. The tv in the room kept loosing signal. 3. After the disastrous dinner Tried to call room service, no one was answering so had to go to the front desk and get them to call. 3. The room safe locked on us and we couldn’t get it open, even security struggled to get it unlocked. 4. Room service arrived earlier than anticipated (yayyy) but food was Luke warm, lettuce missing from club sandwich which may seem trivial but after everything we’d experienced so far it was just one more thing. Chicken tenders were not cooked properly so now we are playing a waiting game to see if our daughter ends up with a bad stomach from eating under cooked chicken. It seems that they are not really geared up for children which is the complete opposite from our last visit. On speaking to a staff member it has come to light that they are changing this resort to adult only and are beginning to role out some of the changes. Had we known this before booking we would’ve looked for a more family friendly resort. We are trying to stay positive and make the best of being on vacation so finger crossed tomorrow will be a better day.

    This resorts hospitality and cleanliness is top notch. Juventino our concierge was absolutely AMAZING!! Non stop attention to our needs and satisfaction. Just based on service levels alone, you will not be disappointed at this resort. Thanks so much!

    One of the best resorts ever!

    We loved our stay at Paradisus, this was our 2nd time and we will be back for sure. The resort is so clean all the time, the service and food are excellent and it is a very peaceful, relaxing environment. Special thanks to Elvis in the Gabi Beach Bar as our Lunch Server, he was amazing, attentive and made sure we were always well taken care of.

    Paradisus Exceeded Expectations

    Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at any resort. The resort was very clean, the food was wonderful, and service was top notch. I wanted to note that Sandy was extremely welcoming and friendly. She served coffee in the coffee shop and provided an excellent customer service experience to my family and I. I had such a delightful experience and Paradisus has become my designated place to stay whenever in Cabo.

    Amazing Time at Paradisus

    My husband and I just got back from a six night stay here and it was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, the food and drinks were great, but the staff went above and beyond in every aspect. Everyone was so friendly and tried to ensure you had the best stay possible. From the restaurant staff, to the bartenders and service at the pool, housekeeping, the welcome teams and front desk/guest services were all awesome. We had a personal concierge, Alfredo, who was so helpful in booking dinner, golf, massages, etc. He checked in on use regularly and ensured all our needs were met. We had the best time and hope to return in the future!
