Far exceeded our expectations. We had an ocean front room in the Reserve area. Well worth the upgrade. We were just steps away from Sante, the top notch Reserve only dining. Centrally located for everything. 9 days of pure heaven. All the restaurants were amazing. We will return. A shout out to some of the excellent staff: Christina, our concierge, was outstanding. She scheduled meals, followed through with special requests. Met us each day at the pool to be sure we were taken care of. Arim, our pool concierge, kept our drinks full and waited on us with skilled precision. Reserve staff Raphael and Francisco knew our preferences from the first day. Daniel at the pool, is extremely helpful and checked on us several times per day (and brought coconut ice sickles each afternoon. - A note of importance: a friend in our group had a medical emergency at dinner at the Reserve. Within a couple minutes, the onsite doctor arrived. JJ (concierge) and two paramedics, along with hotel security and the doctor, accompanied our friend to their room to be sure medical assistance was complete. Above and beyond this group. Our last breakfast included a special dessert presented by the staff to wish us well on our trip home. Thanks Paradisus for a perfect vacation.

Not a 5 star resort at all. No night life, drinks watered down at pool, we were on the reserve but it wasn’t the reserve building so because of this it was quite a walk to the reserve pool and reserve lounge.Every dinner they give you a bar menu with insane prices and only offer the whole bottle, just ask for the house wine, the Cabernet was good for Mexico.Roberto our concierge forgot to put wine in my room and it didn’t have a small bottle of Jack replaced,Maid service was top notch as always.Store prices in resort are mind blowing, how can they be allowed to price gouge like that when you have spent thousands of dollars already.

Amazing Accommodations and Staff
The accommodations very amazing. The entire staff were incredible catering to your every want and need. The main focus that made this trip so enjoyable was our exceptional concierge Yen. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome trip.

Oct 10, 2024Wonderful stay at Paradisus!
Fabulous stay, beautiful grounds and view of the ocean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They all go above and beyond. We loved our butler Roberto and one of the wait staff Kareena. The Reserve level made our stay. Flowing drinks, snacks and a gorgeous view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time there. Ask for a room near the Reserve area if you have Reserve, we would have been disappointed if we had been placed on the opposite side of the property from the Lounge. It's a good distance. My husband also enjoyed the offsite inclusive chocolate tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our timely room service. Our only main hindrance was the loud music at the pool from 11-5. It was hard to get away from it even at the Reserve pool. For a 5 star hotel most guests do not come for loud party music all day. This could keep us from coming back. The morning pool music and music at the Reserve were very nice. Other smaller comments were the steaks at Cave were tough/chewy, desserts tasted mass produced, house wines were not great except the sparkling, the bathrobes were very scratchy and left grids on your body, towels and sheets not very soft either. The gym had a faux peach smell piped in that was hard for me to work out in; I'm sensitive to scents. Overall, we had a great relaxing vacation (just minor inconveniences.)

Beautiful property with excellent service
We stayed in an Oceanview room in the reserve area. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. I sleep hot and requested a fan for our room and it was delivered promptly. The food exceeded our expectations as most all inclusive resorts do not have good food. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and were not disappointed with any of our meals. My husband started new medication a few days before our trip and had a reaction. There was a doctor on site with EMTs who checked him out promptly and thoroughly. The waiter Armin at the reserve pool bar and our personal concierge Christina made our trip very special. Their level of service was over the top and made our trip our best to Cabo ever.
