    Soul, spirit, mind, and body refresh

    Our fourth visit to Palafitos was another beautiful, relaxing 5-star experience. Waking up to sunrises over the calm sea from our patio is an exhilarating refreshing way to start a new day. Daily we joined the yoga meditation in the yoga garden at Palafitos to continue relaxing and energizing with a gentle yoga practice and meditation guided by Fabiola. A Iguanid lizard joined one day to do a cobra stretch on the yoga matt; a Koati and young came to the tranquil gardens safety to feed on coconut during the practice on a morning. Birds sang in the trees as Fabiola played the Tibetan singing bowls for meditation and healing. Marco had healthy tea beverages ready after our yoga practice. First time this trip we participated in a kayak trip led by Mike to the cenote where there was a unique ocean environment to experience. I had a beginner’s lesson for paddle boarding from Mike. Thank you for setting this up safely. The beach at both resorts and the waters off the bungalows are clear, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Beach walks and finding shells are soul filling. Massages and hydrotherapy at the Spa enhanced our experiences for body and mind rejuvenation. Siergo, our beach ,butler settup our cabana and chairs daily. Our other two butlers, Liz and Fernanda looked after all other details from flowers to dinner reservation & spa reservations and our transportation leaving the resort. We appreciated their suggestions on evening entertainment and loved the music and dance at the Mexican fiesta show. As usual we enjoyed the Gala dinner for Exotic members on the beach with the special menu, live music and after dinner show. The best resort restaurant that we have consistently experienced is the Palafitos Over the Water Grill Restaurant. The ambiance of restaurant setting with over the water views, harmonious interior décor and live piano or saxophone during the evening dinner services set the mood for the fine dining experience to finish off the day. The circus show during Colours dinner on the deck was spectacular. The food is superb always with a great variety. The orchid garden and other gardens on the resort are well worth enjoying as you walk through El Dorado Maroma. The gardens are continually being renewed. We will come again and again and are looking forward to our next stay at Palafitos

    Amazing Staff!!

    My husband and I have been traveling a long time to resorts in Mexico, and the people always make the experience worth while. The entertainment staff here was incredibly fun, engaging and personal. They treat us like best friends. We had a blast making guacamole, cocktails and dancing. Alex, their manager, obviously does a great job at keeping amazing staff around. Our top new friends are Chris, Omar, Hazael, Octavio and Rene.

    Awesome entertainment staff and bartenders

    The entertainment crew was amazing! Chris, Omar, Hazael, and Octavio were so fun to be around and made the daily activities very entertaining. The bartenders are also amazing - Clemente and Rene make the best drinks! The shots they create are also colorful and tasty.

    The entertainment staff is amazing. Chris, Omar, and Octavio made everything fun. Rene and Clemente served great drinks and were super friendly. We highly recommend coming here and we will be back soon!

    Wonderful Maroma!

    Entertainment, bar, beach and wait staff all very friendly and very attentive to our needs! Food is amazing! Have thoroughly enjoyed our time here ! Entertainment staff, Alex, Omar, Hazel, Chris, Rene, and Octavio fill the day with fun activities!
