    Excellent Customer Service

    First time staying at this hotel here and we had the best experience ever thanks to Kristina! She was very helpful and friendly and took great care of us. Our flight arrived a lot quicker than expected and she allowed us to do an early check in. She even gave us coupons and free champagne! She also upgraded our room for a better ocean view, which was also amazing. Thanks to her, we will be coming back here for our stays!

    Can't wait to return to Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel!

    Our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel was great! We stayed for a week and the hotel and its accommodations were great from the coffee shop in the lounge with great breakfast to the Concierge James at the Blue Hawaiian where we booked a tour to Pearl Harbor and a Luau. The location was excellent featuring a short walk across the street to the ocean and Duke's Restauraunt and many others. The hotel sits in the middle of every store imaginable from Louis Vuitton to Michael Koors or Macy's. We had a partial ocean-view room on the 9th floor. The hotel rooms were nice and very clean and housekeeping was exceptional and accommodating. The staff were very friendly and courteous and paid attention to details. I must say in particular that housekeeping staff Vangie and Florencia were extremely courteous and helpful. My husband had left items including a special Green Bay Packers jersey and cap in our room when we checked out; however, we got them all back. Florencia had retrieved them and had them ready to get them back to us. We had a great time and are already planning our return trip.

    Lovely! Very clean.

    A very pleasant experiment staying at this hotel. Housekeeping was especially satisfying; the cleaning lady Florence was super nice. The food at the restaurant and cafe downstairs was awesome although the cafe plays loud, hip music most of the time. It’s open to the pool so it’s quite musical swimming there.
