Wonderful Vacation!
Just got back from a wonderful vacation. The staff at the Outrigger are so wonderful and made us feel welcome and added to the Aloha spirit of the island. Location is amazing right on the beach. We ate most of our meals at Hula Grill and Dukes beach bar. Great job to the front desk, bell desk, housekeeping, and hotel restaurant staff!!!

Total relaxation at the Outrigger Waikiki
We were upgraded to a beachfront room with a fabulous view of Diamond Head and the ocean because we have enjoyed staying at the Outrigger many times. Our room was serviced so well every morning with everything we could possibly need and our bed was beautifully made and fresh towels every day. Su, our lady who serviced our room was friendly and went out of her way to look after us. A top hotel and perfect location right in the best part of the beach at Outrigger Waikiki. Angie

Picture Perfect Beach Vacation
Location was everything! My husband and I first stayed at this hotel 20 years ago when we first started dating and we finally made it back. We have been to Waikiki 5 times since then and have stayed at several properties, but the Outrigger Waikiki Beach holds a special place in our hearts. We wanted a relaxing family vacation at a beach front hotel and within walking distance to everything. This hotel checks all the boxes! The beach is steps away and is soft and sandy not rocky, the International Market Place is right across the street, and the views from our ocean front room were breathtaking. We loved opening the double doors, sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music every day that was playing at Duke’s right below us. There are also cultural activities scheduled everyday like lei making, hula lessons, and bracelet making. Every single employee we encountered were so friendly and kind. The activities desk at the beach has the best surf instructor! My son was really nervous about being on his on board but Aunty Tammy was so great with him! He even managed to catch almost every wave he went after! We also did canoe surfing and that was a lot of fun for the whole family. Special THANK YOU to Ricky who helped check us in when we first arrived. We had an amazing trip and look forward to our next visit!

Outrigger out did themselves
Our room was well kept the entire stay. Brenda, who serviced our room on the 16th floor, was excellent. She was extremely personable and a delight to encounter each day. Not only did she know my name, but learned the names of my family when they came to my hotel to visit. I was impressed when she said, “O see you like to drink wine. Would you like wine glasses?” That is truly knowing your client. Great job Brenda!
