    Best Location in Waikiki with GREAT customer service!

    Amazing staff who always makes everyone feel important and welcome. The staff continues to go above and beyond year after year. From the front desk agent Ligaya who is always attentive to our needs and anticipates what we want without us asking. To the entire valet and bell staff. The reason we continue to come back year after year for the past 20+ years. The staff has truly become our Ohana. Can’t wait to see them again next time!

    Paradise.

    Great time. Housekeeping was outstanding in particular Xi ping. She made us feel at home. Room 420. Right on the beach. In the middle of everything. Hope to make it back. Concierge service was convenient for tours.

    25th anniversary and 60th bday 🥂🥂🥂🥂❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈🏖️🏖️

    The hotel was just beautiful. We were in an ocean view room on the 6th floor. Views were just amazing ! Every single staff member we interacted with from the valet, bellman, housekeeping, wait staff and concierge were so so nice and helpful. The area was perfect for eating and shopping. Can’t wait to return!!

    Thanks for the royal treatment on our wonderful 50th Anniversary!

    We returned to this location after 20 years. My husband and I are celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Even before we departed from home, Joe Hickson Concierge – Blue Hawaiian, arranged all our tours. Thanks to Joe! I’m sorry I don’t remember the desk clerk’s name, but she graciously handed us a box of welcome cookies. Our room attendant, Wendy, was great at taking care of keeping our daily room ammeneties and cleaning the room on a daily basis. Gigi and Dylan in the Voyager47 lounge very pleasant every morning during breakfast. This morning we met Rowena. She is a guest services manager who stopped by our breakfast table to check on our stay. We mentioned that we were thinking of having a special anniversary dinner at Duke’s on the last night of our stay, but didn’t have timely reservations. She came through for us and got us a table! Our server, Vi, and assisting staff provided excellent dinner service. We received 2 complimentary MaiTai’s, Hulu Pie, and coffee. Beyond all of the above, we returned to our room to find another box of specialty cookies from Rowena! To the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort, we say Mahalo and Aloha until we return!

    King with ocean view.

    Great location. Nice view. Would stay here again. Staff was very friendly! Nice bar down stairs, great view of beach. Hula grill tacos were GREAT! Room was great for me and wife. Higher level floors are all the better. Service deck will assist with planning all tourist trips.
