Lovely hotel ,food amazing,lots of choice,pool, bars ,coffee shop ,shows and live bands brilliant ,Beach area a little disappointing not a big beach area and a lot of space reserved for priority guests,ended up using the sister hotel ocean springs beach but obviously that was a children area not adults only luckily it was quiet and not many children there Now negatives a little bit too rowdy with a lot of sexual content during the day and evening with the dancing and foam pool party (each to there own )but just wasn’t for us felt like we were on a 18-30’s holiday 🙈and very loud. Had a issue with room but our TUI rep G was amazing as was Andrea whom sorted a different room and sent fruit platter and wine to room ❤️

I spent my Birthday/Anniversary at Ocean Eden Bay in Jamaica. Upon my arrival I was greeted by some amazing staff. After checking in they told us we could go and get lunch at the Market place restaurant, the food was authentic and delicious. I met Miss Gorgette Virgo (Area Manager) who helped to make my stay a memorable one. She recommended the Steak House for my Birthday/ Anniversary party of which I was not disappointed. Michael topped off the night with his melodious voice. MIss Gorgette is very professional and I must say she is an asset to this resort.

Beautiful place, great experience
Beautiful resort, everyone was so welcoming. We had a great time in our room with the rooftop and jacuzzi. Our Butler Daniel was the best part of the accommodations, he took care of us, had good connections, and great service! Thank you Daniel! A couple of areas that could use improvement: make sure rooms (especially privilege rooms) have towels every day, and when there are large dinner parties, put more than one server to that it doesn’t take so long for guests to get their meal. But overall, the experience there was great. It’s a beautiful property and would stay there again! Yvonne Jackson

Michelle’s 60th Birthday Celebration
We had the most amazing Butler Mr. Daniel. This man was able to honor all our requests with no questions asked. He took time out to make sure that all our needs were met plus some! I recommend a promotion for him! We had an amazing time and will return again.

Great stay at Ocean Eden Bay
Great experience, the resort was very fun and had lots of good food choices, pools, and overall entertainment. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, including Daniel at the front desk/bell hop. The pool bar and pool DJ/ entertainment staff was also very friendly and interactive with the guests.
