LOVED THIS Resort!
Beautiful resort from our first impression that did not disappoint. We had a ground floor room facing the pool, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Noise was minimal both between rooms and from the outside into our room…. Very quiet! As many others noted, water shoes for the beach are a necessity. Very rocky with coral and shells - but worth the wade in! Staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to help or get what you asked for. Buffet restaurants are as I’d expect a buffet to be but better. Food was very good when we used the buffet. A la carte restaurants were also great. No complaints at all! Beware that unless you buy the Privilege package - a la carte reservations are only available at a couple locations - so you may or may not get in unless you’re there at 6pm or before to get in line. We will definitely be planning a return trip to this very resort. Lots of more experienced travellers to Jamaica have also recommended spending the extra cash on Club Mobay to ease your airport experience. I may try that next trip! Enjoy Ocean Bay! Cheers

Great food. Friendly staff. Excellent night activities and the activities crew in the daytime offer a wonderful range of things to do. Kikin and Regla are outstanding entertainment members. Travis in guest services help resolve a reservation problem. Super great. One concern is food takes forever to arrive but it was very good. Highly recommend this resort.
Loved Kikin, Regla and the whole entertainment team around the pool keeping the vibes up! Didn’t have a bad meal at Ocean Eden Bay! The night time shows and drinks keep the party going non-stop! I would highly recommend this resort for all couples and families!

**Need Airport Transportation? Ask the hotel for CHEZ (driver). Chez picked us up from the airport. He is professional, friendly and has a lot of knowledge about the island** Short version: H10 Eden Bay is a great resort, the food was great, the service was excellent. Keep reading for more details (extended version)… So we were a till slightly irritated from an incident at MBJ airport. However, on arrival we were greeted by Givar, received our complimentary cocktails, and relaxed. Givar works at Guest Services, and every time we saw him we were greeted with a smile. Stephanie from Guest Services is also so nice! She booked our a la carte reservations for the week - AND she remained patient when we changed most of them (Stephanie, thank you for putting up with us). Ok, the star of Guest Services is Romain aka “Scooby”. If above & beyond were a person - it would be Scooby. With every experience, Scooby made sure we had not just a good time - but the best time possible. Restaurant staff knew us before we arrived. He told them ahead of time that it was my birthday. That extra step ensured we would have a great experience - And we always did. Lobby Bar This is where the vibes reside, day & night, so we spent a lot of time here. Every day we pulled up a chair Shearon (bartender) made us feel like family. She also introduced us to some new cocktails. In the evenings, Jason (bartender) was cheerful & funny, we enjoyed our conversations. Breakfast Once we discovered Shimoya (cook) made the best omelettes, we chose to eat at the buffet for breakfast every morning. We met Monique (restaurant staff manager) during breakfast - Very warm and friendly. She would continue to check on us to make sure we were ok, and she let us know she’s available if we had questions. Steakhouse The steakhouse is the only place we ate twice for dinner - And would’ve been there a third time if we discovered it earlier. The steaks were delicious. Ebony was our server on the night of my birthday, she took good care of us. Dinner show @ Senses If you have the chance, see the dinner show. It’s an elevated a la carte experience. The food was great and the entertainment was even better. Alicia works here, she’s really friendly and s polite. It was my birthday the next day, and she made sure I had a great experience.
Great location. Great food. Lots of activities. Very clean big comfortable rooms. Special thanks to Delmar, Tina-Kae and Orlando for their great customer service. Most other employees don't greet customers. Management needs to embark on more customer service training. Servers at the previledge need more training.
