Okay but wouldn’t come again
Had read mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect. On the surface everything looked great. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Comfortable beds, air conditioning great. The beach was a real disappointment, it didn’t have that wow factor you expect coupled with the seaweed (which stinks) we didn’t spend any time at the beach. Food for me I thought was average in the buffet. What let it down was the meat and fish was all overcooked. Route 66 was absolutely awful. Steakhouse and Japanese were the best. Service we found to be poor unless you were Spanish speaking. Numerous times we sat at the buffet and waited for water/drinks order to be taken and Spanish speaking families walking in and their glasses being filled before they even sat down. We also experienced this on our last night which we had booked the steak restaurant. We waited 20 minutes before managing to get a waiters attention to get some water and place a drinks order yet 2 other Spanish speaking families came in and were served straight away as well as having their food order taken. Waiters had noticed us but chose to ignore, in the end we had to ask one of them to come and take our order. Really poor service. For that we wouldn’t come again and nor would we recommend it. Such a shame as it has potential to be a fantastic hotel.

Great Resort
We have had a great experience at this hotel, the rooms are nice size with updated bathrooms, and a nice size balcony outside. The food has been very good in both buffets, however to get the full experience I highly recommend the nice restaurants as they are included and have great food. The pools are both great size and never feel too crowded and we have not struggled to find seating around the pool which can sometimes be a struggle. The swim up bars at both bars are great, Ramon and Wander were two of the best bartenders I’ve ever had and would recommend anyone to speak to them if given the chance. My one complaint with this resort is throughout the day they have staff trying to sell you excursions, spa treatments, or just pop up markets and can be somewhat annoying when trying to get to dinner or just relax at the pool. Other than that this resort has been great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Best resort in Punta Cana!
The hotel is beautiful. The food is great. All the workers are great. Barbie is excellent entertainer she did great activities and stretches on the beach. Shaggy was very helpful. It’s a fun environment with lots to do. Must come and visit.

Wonderful stay!
A great resort with such a variety of food, activities and bars! We stayed for 5 nights and this was our first return to the DR in many years. This resort did not disappoint. We enjoyed the choice of a buffet, walk in restaurant or reservations (download the app)! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most, crepe station plus a mimosa/bloody mary/tequila sunrise bar…yes please! Food was good with a nice variety. Bars were plentiful from the lobby to the beach. Beer was El Presidente; vodka was either Sky or Stoli since we did not upgrade to Privilege. We didn’t go with white shirt privilege upgrade folks at check in since we just didn’t see the value. No problem finding seats near the pool or on the beach. The towel hut is hidden near the dive shack on the beach. The property is large but there is a trolley that does laps if you don’t want to walk. Checkout Pinky the flamingo in the middle! There was a fair amount of seaweed floating but the crews worked so hard to clean it up. My only area they could improve is to add a barista or two to Mikes Coffee house. Always a 15 person line… Housekeeping was great! We left a tip daily and our mini bar was filled! WiFi was nice and strong. Bored or sunburned? Try the bowling alley or sports bar. I would recommend and also return to this resort.
