My mum and I stay here every Christmas while we do our Christmas shopping in London. The staff are always so kind and welcoming. Martin was fantastic and made things so easy for us as my mum doesn't use the lifts. Max was also great and very helpful. Also Mathius was very kind in providing a discount card for Luciano's.

Great experience and tremendous service by Sruthi
The room was really good, the cleanliness each day was impeccable, the staff. The rooftop bar was impressive and the cocktails were even better. The checkin process was really smooth and the service provided by Sruthi was nothing short of excellent.

lovely experience
Max was awesome, super helpful and kind! The hotel is stunning and the service is great. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would expect. centrally located in a bit of a touristy spot, but overall no complaints at all! Highly recommend checking it out, or a least getting a drink on the rooftop bar.

A lovely central London hotel stay
I had such a lovely stay, the staff were all so kind and polite. The rooms was absolutely stunning, the team went the extra mile to make it special. The location is great with Covent Garden a 5 minute walk away. The sound system in particular was great, you can listen to your favourite music all around the suite. I had the best weekend stay!

Can't wait to come back
This was our third wonderful stay at the ME. The staff were so helpful, especially Javier. We had a lovely room with a balcony with great views of the London skyline. The breakfast was excellent, the waiting staff were very attentive and eating at Gino's is always delicious. Great location for theatres and Covent Garden.
