General Information:
Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel. Rates are exclusive to US residents.
Service Charges: Room service of $5 USD per order.
This does not affect our stocking of the mini fridges which continues to be daily on a complimentary basis with bottled water, soft drinks, and beer.
Minimum check in age is 18 year round.

Total lack of respect
I am writing this review half way through our vacation...If you book a "club room" at this resort , get back on the plane and avoid the disappointment and frustration....There is a different live band playing every night until 11pm, belting out music so loud that you cannot even hear your own television let alone sleep. It does not matter where your room is in the Club tower the loud music can be heard throughout due to the open air design. There are many young families in this part of the hotel, as well as seniors, I do not know why or how they tolerate this total disregard and lack of respect for people who do not go to bed at midnight. As if the loud late night music is not disruptive enough, when the night club closes drunken patrons hang out screaming in the lobby until the wee hours of the morning. Unfortunately there is not a staff member or security to be found, they are all over at the main lobby area which is peaceful and quiet. If you are lucky enough to have a room in the main tower all of this will be avoided. There is a piano bar there but the gentlemen plays gentle music and is not trying to break the sound barrier. My wife and I take 2 to 3 vacations a year, we have stayed is many all inclusive resorts, this is by far our worst experience we have ever had. The beach is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the food is good, the people are nice but in the end none of that matters. Getting a good night's sleep on vacation should not be a luxury, it is going to take us 2 days to recover from the lack of quality sleep. Shame on you Marival Emotions.

The pool service we got from Alejandra at Bar Palapa was impeccable and warm
Our server, Alejandra, at Bar Palapa was so professional, extremely attentive, happy to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. All the staff at the hotel were just lovely!thank you!

Best resort!!! Have no complaints!!
The food was excellent! The room was great! The experience one we will never forget. We especially appreciated the service and hospitality of Daniel, Mary, Brambila, Bianca and Miriam at the Club Buffet and Dalia and Hugo at the Bar Volare. We will be back!

The best staff in Mexico
Another great visit to Marival Emotions, we always hang out at the beach and the staff at the MaiTai are excellent as always. It is hard to pick 1 or 2 of the staff that go the extra mile but I would like to mention that Laura has always been awesome and Edward has seriously shone this year. We have been here approximately 12 times over the years and always feel like family.

Christmas Vacation from Hell
We stayed for 9 days, there were 7 of us in 3 reserved rooms. We spent approximately $13,000 for our stay. We were very disappointed with our stay. Will never go back and will not recommend resort Unfriendly staff Front desk very unfriendly and not willing to assist We were allowed to only make 3 reservations to 3 restaurants, even though our stay was for 9 days A fee for room service No daily refrigerator re-fills No pool waiters
