Amazing resort with great staff and services. You have access to the neighboring Majestic resorts, Elegance and Mirage which are a walking distance away. I travelled as a family of 4 (older parents and 2 adult children) and felt the entertainment (evening and pool) were appropriate and age inclusive. The staff all have a smile on their face and there to help with anything. A special shoutout to the entertainment crew, and specifically Jan Carlos, Miguel, Lorenny, and El Pidio.

Jun 08, 2025Beautiful Resort with Great Service and a Few Minor Hiccups
We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Colonial! The resort was beautiful, with a stunning beach and pool area. The staff was friendly and accommodating—Erianny in particular went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was decent, and I highly recommend making a reservation at the hibachi restaurant for a fun dining experience. While we don’t speak Spanish and sometimes had trouble communicating, everyone tried their best to assist us. One downside was the lack of labels on many buffet items, which made it difficult to identify some dishes. Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely return!

Very friendly staff, great food, clean and beautiful resort. Le Gourmet restaurant was delicious, shout out to Elpidio (manager) at Le Gourmet for making us feel very welcome and for the great service. Would definitely come back to Majestic Colonial. !!!Honeymoon!!!
I was on vacation with my husband celebrating our honeymoon. We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thanks to our butler, Juan de León, for his great work. He helped us with everything and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We recommend the hotel and especially Juan, our butler.
