We came here for my son’s destination wedding with family and friends. I cannot say how much we loved this resort. The staff could not have been better. The only problem (we) had was after the reception was over, there was so much food left over which we had paid for with the wedding package. The staff started throwing it away and I went over and asked them to please take the leftover food. They stated they were not able to do this. It broke our hearts. The next day I went and spoke to the a supervisor overseeing the resort. They stated that is the owners rule. I was not satisfied with this and asked how to get in touch with the owner. They gave me the general manager’s email and I am writing an email regarding this. The entire time I was there at the resort, the staff was absolutely incredible. From, bartenders, waiters, gardeners, front desk, bell hop, you name it, they were ALL fantastic! We need to change this “rule” that any food left over that day in restaurants, the staff can take. Wonderful Trip
Yonefri was such a pleasant staff member. He serenaded our group. He was polite and attentive. Very funny. He made our trip even more memorable and we look forward to coming back. Minerva at colonial club pool bar was also excellent. I didn't even have to say a word, my next drink was poured and ready.

Our Butler Samuel
This was our second year in a row celebrating my daughter's birthday at Majestic Colonial. This year we upgraded to Club side. We had a wonderful week on all accounts. But this review is for our private butler Samuel. Samuel was amazing to us. Very kind, attentive, making sure we always had what we needed. He went above and beyond making my daughter's birthday week so special. Decorated our room while we out on an excursion. Also took the time to decorate a pool cabana as he knew we spent many afternoons by the pool. Thank you Samuel. We so enjoyed meeting you. We hope to see you again soon

Wonderful experience
October 2024 From the time that we were arrived at the Majestic colonial, everything was great from the food the service and the entertainment most of all are Butler Edwin took very good care of us and made us feel very special. Even when we had trouble with our reservation, our butler Edwin was there with us to help us to get through it. He always made sure that we did not worry about the things alone with Camille in guest service. He was alway say let him take care of it and we enjoy our vacation. I haven’t ran in too many people that would have done that for us, but he did it. He wanted to make sure that we got the grand experience there at the Majestic in Punt Cuna and we thank you for making our experience great and it was many others that our stay wonderful

ANOTHER GREAT STAY!!
Just returned from another great stay (#3). The last time was 2019. The resort has not change much in the last five years, which made for a lovely week. The weather was great, only 2 small showers over the week. We stay in the Colonial Club, which I would recommend. Ocean view room, second floor #4246. The beach is still in good shape, with plenty of shade. Plenty of loungers, and only a few playing the towel game. Junior the bartender at the beach bar is great, he does a very good job. Only went in the pool on our last day, very quiet, refreshing, and the swim up bar is right there. No towel cards on arrival, or beach towels in your room. You need to go to pool behind swim up bar and pick up towels there. Go early as they run out in afternoon. (we found people take more than one) We found the food good, drinks great, and staff wonderful. The maid for our room did a great job(no problems with face clothes lol). Being slow season, the main buffet was closed for lunch. You use the beach buffet. The beach buffet was also closed for breakfast. The steak and seafood al a carte's are now combined. We are already looking into returning next year. If your a cat person, there are many cats and kittens that are starving. If we would have known we would have brought a baggy of cat food. To each his own, so just saying.
