Just returned from a five night stay at this lovely hotel with my husband and 17 year old daughter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. We had the "king duplex" room which consisted of a pullout queen size bed downstairs and a king bed in an upstairs loft area. It worked well for the three of us. Received housekeeping every day and a chocolate on pillow every night. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was very filling. We went to the cozy bar twice for kir royales. Very quiet - slept with our window opened since the room was a little warm and we had no problem with noise. Great location on quiet street but close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
Clean and cute little hotel. Situated close to Champs Elysees and other attractions. Great views of the city and a real French touch in the place. Staff were helpful with directing us to various attractions. It was very cold when we went but inside was toasty and quite lovely. A very good experience overall.

Nov 24, 2024Bad experience with very slow front desk staff. You won’t be treated like a Hilton diamond
Took over 20 minutes to check in. I am a diamond member and the front desk staff didn’t even thank me for being a Hilton diamond. After waiting for 20-30 minutes to get the key, no explanation about the hotel was given (bar/restaurant hours, etc). Got to the room. Phone to the front desk didn’t work, outlet plugs didn’t work. Bad experience

Lovely hotel with excellent service
This was a lovely hotel, conveniently located near popular tourist, attractions, restaurants, and shops. The Saint Augustin metro is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. But the best part of this hotel was the service. The front desk staff, the concierge, and the staff in the hotel bar were all exceptional. Probably the best service I've had at a Hilton brand. The food and service at the hotel bar was quite good. It was a relaxing place to end the day. We had a couple of meals there and they were both decent. The drinks were pretty good, too. The service was always great. The staff were so friendly and generous. The breakfast buffet in the beautiful dining room was an excellent way to start the day. They had a good selection of options, both American breakfast, and French style. It was a fun place together. Check in was easy, and I got directions from the airport by chatting with a hotel staff member. You can't use the app to check out, but check out was very quick and easy. Be prepared that the rooms are small. We had a primary king room, which was very nice. But do not expect a lot of room, unless you splurge for a suite. We might do that next time, but the room was fine. It was always clean when we got back at the end of the day. Overall, this hotel was very good choice. If you want to be near major tourist attractions, and a lot of things to see and do. The Paris metro system is very easy to use, and it's extremely convenient to get anywhere using the train. The buses are also pretty good, and there are stops nearby the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and we would recommend it to our friends.

Very nice property
What a lovely hotel. We only had one night to stay and we are Diamond members. From the minute we pulled up outside, someone came to get our bags and took them directly to our room. I don't know if we got upgraded because I stayed with the car during check-in, but I would imagine since we had a kid with us, we aren't as easy to upgrade in Paris. Either way, we enjoyed our short stay. Parking isn't easy or cheap unless it's Sunday or after 8 pm, so we parked in Saemes Haussman Berri, slightly cheaper than the one recommended by the hotel. It was an easy walk (use Parclick to save some money off the base price-but then you have to go into the office to check out). Breakfast was wonderful. The perfect European breakfast, everything you could ask for. I don't believe it's included, but it was for us as Diamond members. The room was very nice. Chocolates on arrival. Little cakes on our pillows at turn down. We had a small balcony overlooking the street. Not the best view, but I enjoyed the fresh air. Very modern and clean with water dispensers at the elevator on every floor. If you're American and like your ice, you can get it at the hotel bar downstairs. After our stay, Hilton sent a survey that I completed and I got a response from the hotel thanking me for the wonderful review and inviting us back again.
