My husband and I just returned from Live Aqua Cancun after 10 fabulous days. It was our first vacation since Covid and I recently have had health issues. So we decided to go somewhere we had travelled previously, Live Aqua Cancun. Although 4 years have passed since our last visit it felt like going home. We were so excited to see many of the same faces still working there. That tells you a lot about a company when the turnover is low. The resort has made some updates since our last visit. Our room was amazing, everything controlled from beside your bed. Great way to wake up with one button and the ocean appears. My husband likes to sleep in a cold room and the AC was great. The Aqua Lounge has a new look with a great bar addition. I do miss the long seat they had in front of the window, however the new chairs are super comfy. My man Daniel is still there in the morning for a great cappuccino and a warm hug. There are plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and with QR codes you can get every menu and activity right on your phone. We loved the breakfast addition to the Azure restaurant the food was amazing, best eggs Benedict. We hit all the restaurants except the newest, Carnivore. It is not included in the all inclusive package but it looks very cool. Even with 10 days we ran out of time, we will definitely get there. We were able to meet some of the chefs thanks to Chef Ernesto: Chef Alvaro at Azure Chef Omar at MB Chef Mischely at Varuna Chef Rodrigo at Hidden Garden What amazing meals they created. The attention to detail and obvious care they put into each presentation was something you won’t see at other resorts. It was also fun to have some friendly competitions between the chefs. Big thank you to Susana the manager at Azure and Isaac the manager at Hidden Garden, they do move around to other restaurants to cover off so I hope I got those right. What we loved the first time at Live Aqua was how all the servers and staff are so helpful, friendly and some are truly hilarious. It was fantastic to catch up with Johnny, Constantino, David G, Ale, Marisol, Monica, Aminael and John by the pool. Also servers Mauricio, David, Marco, Dorcas, Roy and Eduardo. We made new friends with Eden, Gustavo and Luisa. Some reviews say there is no nightly entertainment, however we had a great time each night at the Aka bar. Hector, Andres and The Body were fantastic bartenders and Karen our server was great. From Tango dancers to Music Trivia there was something for everyone. If your looking for a bar party atmosphere there are plenty in the area you can taxi to. I cannot say enough about the staff they are truly compassionate and dedicated to you having a wonderful experience. Rodrigo (Ricky Rodrigo) our butler was fantastic and ensured we had everything we needed, even after he was offsite. I could name so many that positively impacted our stay. Special thank you to Alfredo. Also huge thanks to Eliud, Graciel and Ashley in helping facilitate some of my medical needs and touching base to see if I needed anything. Your support truly allowed us to finally relax after a very hard year. If your looking to relax and be pampered Live Aqua Cancun is definitely the resort you want. I suggest upgrading to include the Aqua Lounge and butler service both are worth it. I’m an early riser and just like a small bite in the AM. The Aqua Lounge is great for that. Then we pop back in for drinks before dinner. Having the butler was great tor the nights we wanted room service. We would just text him our order and what time we wanted it, done. Can’t wait until we book again.

Best Vacation Yet
I took a trip with my son to our first adult all inclusive and first time to Mexico. We loved it. The extra cost was well worth it and wasn't disappointed at all. The food at all the restaurants is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave. I would definitely come back again.

Beautiful and clean
Beautiful and very laid back vibe at this resort. The beach was great and the pool area was beautiful and the bathrooms were clean and dry throughout the day! Miguel our server by the pool was a delight and really made us feel special. Karaoke at night was fun. Most of the activities are low key; exactly what our girls trip was looking for! Definitely book this place!

Oceanside heaven!
We love to leave everything behind for a trip to Live Aqua Cancun. A beautiful resort for adults in a peaceful setting with attentive staff and wonderful amenities. As a tpur guide, I would recommend LA to anyone who inquires about the go to resort for adults in Cancun. Visit Cesar at MB for a terrific meal and Mare for resort advice!

Sushi!
Their sushi is incredible! We had it every night we were there!! All their chefs were amazing; we had Chef Carlos Gonzalez, Chef Leceiro, Chef Maritza & Chef Maira & they were all the best!! 😊 all of the rolls we got were perfect!
