Jan 11, 2025Outstanding vacation in Cancun at Live Aqua!
Our family trip with my wife and two adult girls was amazing. Live Aqua was outstanding with upgrade to ocean view and a butler when we arrived. The service and accommodations were A+. Our butlers Arturo and Stephanie were amazing! Every question and concern was addressed immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Almost Heaven
My husband and I visited January 2nd through January 10th. The resort is beautiful, the employees are gracious and kind (even as I stumbled my way through very broken Spanish). The all inclusive Tierra suite was lovely to spend the week in. Our room was always clean, had turn down service, and came with the wonderful assistance and guidance of a "butler". I would personally refer to them more as a personal concierge. We had two butlers, Ruddy and Eladio. They were both very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. They both tended to every need we had, questions we asked, and guided us to the attractions and events that best suited our needs as a couple. Ruddy and Eladio made us feel welcome, safe, and cared for. We spent most mornings at the breakfast buffet in siete restaurant. The omelettes are delicious and the service is great. If you're on the beach, the cabanas are the best way to spend the day. The beach food and drink service is great. A must have is a foot massage on the beach....heavenly. Hidden gems..... Go say hi to Porfino and grab a cheeseburger and some nachos. He also keeps a stash of lime peanuts that are crunchy, salty goodness you can find him under the blue umbrellas on the walkway near the jacuzzi. Taco man..... When you're not feeling like dressing up or eating in a restaurant go visit the taco man. He serves delicious street style tacos most nights. So yummy. You can find him on the walkway just past carnivore. The beach was well kept, groomed, and felt secure. There were frequent security and police patrols. The water was beautiful, the only bummer about the beach was it was a red flag for swimming the entire time we were there (the resort can't control the weather). The infinity pool made up for the lack of ocean swimming. All in all, we would visit again and would recommend this resort to others.

Good resort but had wait times for dinner at 3 of the restaurants even though they had open tables. Food at the grill for lunch was better than the restaurants that were open for dinner. Waited 45 minutes to be seated for dinner with average food and service. Most likely would not return unless there was a deal.

A true paradise
The Live Acqua Resort is very clean! Wonderful pools! Staff is so friendly - a special thank you to Arturo, Stephany and Flavio who were supportive and helpful. The breakfast has a variety of different foods and drinks. The breakfast was my favorite part!! I loved it and I would stay there again.

Exceptional entertainment
"Daniel is an exceptional yoga instructor who truly elevates the entire experience at the resort. As a guest at this 5-star destination, I was fortunate enough to attend his daily morning classes, and each session was nothing short of transformative. Daniel has a remarkable ability to make yoga accessible to all levels while keeping it engaging and fresh. I loved how each day brought a new approach, ensuring that no two sessions were the same. His attention to detail and genuine passion for teaching made every class feel personal and meaningful. A huge thank you to all the entertainment staff as well—your energy and enthusiasm made a big difference in our stay. The afternoon water aerobics, led by Ricky and Joseph, were such a fun and energizing way to continue the day, and I especially loved making my “eyes of god” and bracelets with Maria. Those little crafts will forever remind me of the unforgettable memories from this wonderful resort."
