Very nice hotel, the service from Jhonny Google and Miguel was amazing at the pool. Horizon bar was always attentive with the pool service. The beach is very nice. I hope to return soon for the service from Jhonny Good and Miguel at the pool. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful vacation
Just got home from an amazing week at Live Aqua. The resort is beautiful, great food, and absolutely wonderful staff. A special shout out to Aracelios - Hostess, Pedro, Salvador, Mercedes and Daquri. They made our vacation extra special with their smiles and warm personalities! Thank you so much Live Aqua team for a great experience.

Stunning
Currently on day 5 out of 7 at this amazing resort. Despite a couple of issues with our room, which were resolved quickly, we have had an amazing time. The food & service is amazing (Asian restaurant is one of our favourites), room are unbelievable and facilities are amazing. Special shoutout to Miguel around the pool!

Amazing time
Great place with beautiful scenery and great staff! Miguel was great around the people with top service! 100% will look to return here soon! Swim up room is a must! Be aware of the flies outside the room so bring nat spray to avoid being bitten! Make sure to bring dollar notes to top the hard working staff

VIP all the way
The best hotel and the best people we felt like a king and a queen they always had special events plan for us the mayordomos were very helpful and the food was awesome we became members and we will be coming back any chance we can since it was unforgettable
