Experience
Jennifer was very helpful in guest services. Others not so much. I paid $30 for 3 days of internet and it hardly worked. The rooms are not clean and there’s baby roaches in the rooms. The buffets are mid, but the restaurants you have to make reservations for are delicious.

Good resort but reception staff sucks
The family of 12 stayed at that resort to celebrate my mother-in-law's 85th birthday. When we got to the resort, we noticed that the reception area is under construction, so we were directed to the back of the building. That is when the problems began. First, when we got there my brother-in-law who made the reservations was not there yet so the person doing the admission told us that even though we were paying for the stay she couldn't help us finish the admission until he showed up. Then she proceeded to help someone else. There was a long line for admission and the whole process took hours since everything was done manually. When finally, my brother-in-law showed up the receptionist couldn't help us because we were not placed on a list, and we were told to put our names on the list although were there waiting for my brother-in-law to show. Then when my wife started screaming because we were being ignored by the staff and requested to see the manager about the fact that we were ignored. That is when the staff started paying attention to us. Another reason we got some help was when the bell captain stepped in and the staff knew my brother-in-law who happened to work at that resort when he was a member of the politur. If it wasn't for that we were ready to cancel everything and go someplace else to celebrate her birthday. After that all was well, we enjoyed each day food was good a bit salty for my taste the staff in the resort was great. Thumbs up to Angel in the bar in the VIP area. Am I going back to that resort? Maybe, not sure, the reason for that is because of the first impression that I got in the reception area. First impression is the important impression in a business

Always Amazing!
This is our favorite vacation, we have been here 4 times. We love it so much. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and drinks are great. We are hoping the Groupon will return to a cheaper price someday soon so we can return once again. It’s a beautiful resort with plenty to do in the area. You will notice it gets bad reviews at times, but if you let small things roll off your shoulders, you will have an amazing time.

Negative experience
The worse. Nothing to do here. No fun activities . The Drinks are disgusting . Food is terrible. Rooms lights are very deemed. dirty hot tub. Closets, drawers broken. Cleaning is mediocre. All they care about is VIP. If not VIP you are excluded from most of the pools . Does not recommend it.
