The hotel was OK but I am unlikely to use it again.
Positives. Air conditioning was brilliant in my room. Lots of hot water on demand. The room was not large but not cramped, nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Clean. Bathroom again small but clean and appeared recently installed. Internet was free and worked well. Coffee machine in the room ( but no refills of pods or milk). Free canned water and biscuits but empty fridge. Negatives. I asked for a quiet room but was given one with interconnecting doors, so I could hear everything a couple in the next room said to each other and one of the couple coughed a lot. It was also noisy from the courtyard despite the windows being double blazed. Fortunately, I had my earplugs with me. The bathroom was dark because the only light in there was a strip light over the sink. This is not good for ladies needing to put make-up on. There was no full length mirror in the room. There was a slightly musty smell in my room. Prices of drinks in the bar were expensive (e.g. €12 for a glass of wine). You’re better off going just down the road to the three bars on the corner. They took over €800 on my card on checking in and then charge me the full amount for the stay on checking out. They told me the €800 would be returned to my account but so far, two days later, I don’t know whether this has happened, which makes me rather anxious. I did ask them to email me a receipt which they said they would, and then didn’t. Apart from the small restaurant ( which I never saw anybody in) and courtyard, there is nothing else.

terrible- never will I return to this pile.
I paid top price for a Prestige Suite and what we got was a shame and appalling, the room/rooms were unclean, the shower didn’t work, so the entire family had to use the one bathroom, the TOILET was dirty the cleaning women were called in at 7pm in the evening because of my complaint to clean the toilet , I have attached some pics for reference, the staff was entirely unsympathetic and unhelpful , at breakfast they actually have a “bouncer” take his position at the breakfast buffet table at exactly 10am and turn away people from food already laid out .

Great location, clean and tidy room.
Great location, clean and tidy room. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lot of choice and fresh items constantly being added. The outside terrace bar was a welcome & quiet place to sit and enjoy after a full day of exploring Paris. I would stay there again.

A great time in Paris
Very nice hotel. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Great location close to the Metro station.

Worst experience in Paris yet
Had two rooms with my wife and daughter. Both rooms were deplorable. In our room the shower was literally fixed to shoot directly in the middle of the bathroom either no way to adjust it to aim into the tub. The toilet was broken on us and the hotel required us to vacate the room for an hour while they fixed it. The safe was permanently locked with no where to keep our valuables. We had a lamp in the room that wouldn’t stop flashing on and off. There was almost no shelving. No way to charge any electronics by the bed. There wasn’t a singe decoration on any wall in the rooms. The carpet was old and disgusting. The courtyard was extremely loud making sleep difficult. The lobby was packed with tour groups day and night. This place was an UTTER nightmare. In addition after my wife spent hours going back and forth with Expedia and the hotel trying to get a refund after we booked another hotel in the city, the hotel management responded to this review telling us publicly that they would process the refund only to then DENY us any money back at all. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK this place. You will regret it.
