    Nice hotel, location and staff

    I recently stayed here for a couple nights while on business in Paris and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is centrally located next to many restaurants as well as shopping in the area. Check in was very easy and the staff was warm and welcoming. My room was quite nice and had all the amenities you need including coffee. I was glad to see this is a Marriott Bonvoy property and seemed to be pretty consistent as far as branding. The executive lounge was nice and they do a nice wine/beer session each nice along with snacks and cheese which was great after business and before going out at night. The lobby bar was also quite nice for cocktails with colleagues, but I did not get a chance to have dinner. I headed out to CDG airport early Friday morning and the Uber only took about 25 minutes without traffic. I will stay here again.

    Nice property brought down by staff that have given up.

    This hotel is conveniently located near a couple metro stops and an RER station. Rooms were clean and the property was nicely maintained. I would give this location 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff and the poor food options. First, the staff in general here are useless to surley. I had two rooms, they constantly mixed the rooms up. I was 1000% clear at check in which room I was staying in this is important because my elite benefits get me club access and free breakfast. When we went out for the first day they left my elite welcome gift in the wrong room. I went down to the front desk just to confirm they had the reservation correct and the woman there was so rude. "How are we supposed to know?" Well, I told you at check in. "You have two rooms this isn't our fault!" I just asked her to confirm which room they have me in...she does. So, we go down to breakfast the first morning and guess what??? "We don't have any breakfast for you" I had them check the other room, YEP! they had me in the wrong room. They fix it. Also first night I realized the reusable water bottle left in my room was USED! I called down for them to bring another and after two calls it never came. I called down the next morning asking for the bottle and was told "We will have to call you back because we need to research what happened." Like, WTF do you need to research? I called down TWICE nobody every came and I'm asking you to send up a couple bottles. After that, I didn't bother calling any more. Housekeeping did not restock my room each night of my stay. On a couple nights towels were not replaced. They took the dirty ones but didn't bring new ones. Sigh... Finally, this gets me to the food. The lounge food and the breakfast was THE SAME EVERY DAY. How about a little variety? This is Paris!! You serve the same tired eggs and baked beans and chicken sausage every morning. Some variety would be nice. It would take such minimal effort. This property has so much potential if the staff would put in some effort. Little things like the M lounge was closed for a week for some renovations. They never put up a sign to say it was closed. I heard multiple people asking the concierge where it was. Like, it takes 2 min to print a sign but I was told "we're just too busy".

    Convenient Accomodation

    Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of several attractions and dining options. The room size is fine, considering the normal standard rooms in Paris; but not extraordinary, although the booking price is a little high. Overall, I was satisfied with my accommodation despite of a few issues with the room service and the cleaning staff.

    Room not ready; LM Club Lounge an embarassment

    Arrived around 10pm after a long flight from Asia. We had booked a suite with fold out sofa-bed for the youngster. The sofa bed was still in sofa configuration and there was no linen, pillows & bedding available. So we called reception for assistance, wanting to get the 7 year old in to bed as soon as possible. Around 20 minute later someone dropped off a towel, sheets and pillow cases. So we called reception again and after another 15 minutes someone returned with pillows and quilt. Another call to reception and someone finally came to make up the bed. All told, it was an hour after reaching the room that the little one could get into bed. The main problem, however, was the Bonvoy (LM) club lounge. It was an embarrassment with minimal food & drink on offer. Some bread (no butter), a selection of cheeses, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, some savoury cake, crepes, crisps & nuts. All cold, all sitting out for upwards of four hours. The food had been sitting out for some time as (a) it had discoloured where exposed to the air (see photo) and (b) the food on offer at 3.30pm was the same as the food on offer at 7pm (photos available). I suspect the bread was left over from breakfast - it was hard and curling. It was a strange selection, too - crepes, with no cream, jam or condiments. The sliced lemon was drying out, too - it had that puckered look. I still don't know what the lemon was for... it didn't go with anything and there wasn't a G&T in sight! Drink options included some soft drink from a soda machine, coffee from a coffee machine, and some very, very rough wine from a dispenser. The staff were unhelpful. I asked for some butter but was told there was none available. I suggested there must be some butter available somewhere in the hotel and was met with a flat “no”. Their website refers to "expertly crafted coffee, curated by our Master Baristas". They should have said, "you can get yourself a coffee from the coffee machine" All in all, very unimpressive.

    Very pleasant

    Late night arrival after a 20 minute drive from Charles De Gaulle .Quick and efficient check in after a friendly welcome. I was on the first floor , I found the room numbering system a bit confusing but eventually got to the room Clean and spacious and well equipped with a good wifi signal. Shower could have been a bit more powerful but it was hot , no shower curtain or shower mat, instead there is a glass guard and part of the shower/bath floor has a slightly non slip surface. Bed was very comfortable and good soundproofed windows. The illuminated digital clock on the tv, was a bit bright for sleeping, I’m not sure if it could have been dimmed. Toilet is separate from the bath / shower. I couldn’t find a stick / spoon by the kettle , but only a minor thing to worry about. The hotel has good transport links with Neuilly Porte Maillot metro station close by plus restaurants and bars close to the hotel. A very pleasant one night stay at a good quality hotel
