    Condo rental in Waikoloa

    We travelled with my family, we had a 3 bedroom condo, A pool on the property, We were happy with the condo,We also had access to the Hilton Wiakaloa property which we made use of. I would stay at this property again, would be great for 2 couples to share.Rooms were spacious. We used the shuttle to the other properties too. Right on the golf course.

    Refused water, dirty, staff uninformed

    They refused to give us water after a 9 hour travel, but gave it to the people who checked in next to us! The showers & bed had someone else's hairs on it. They sent us to the wrong place for a presentation on their vacation club. Seriously, I have stayed at cheap hotels and not had any of these issues.

    Incredible Resort

    This sprawling resort lies in Kohala, north of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawai’i. Sprawling, yes, but a most beautiful setting. The series of 25 buildings of villas (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms) have the sea close by and the manicured grounds are bordered by a golf course. The villas themselves are exceptionally kitted out with kitchens, giant bathrooms and washer/dryers. Complete package. On site there is a gym, a vast pool complex, a bar and restaurant. I have nothing but the highest regard for the staff, who are all very welcoming, helpful and gracious. Yes, this is timeshare at its best, though you can rent at the property through Hilton. This is Paradise…Enjoy!

    Small condo, beautiful resort

    The pluses to staying here are location, large sprawling pool complex with beautiful landscaping, and the shuttle that takes you property to property. However the condo itself (advertised to sleep six) was nice enough but was small for a family of six adult sized. The kitchen-dining-living area was very compact and crowded for all six to congregate at the same time. My biggest complaint was the dinky shower in master bedroom. We were given a handicapped accessible shower though we did not need one. The shower was the smallest shower I've ever seen in a resort and I travel alot. In fact, the shower in a Hilton Garden Inn in Bartlesville OK was TWICE as big and way nicer than the Grand Hilton Kingsland Resort Hawaii (building 22). Smallest shower in any Hilton I've been in period!

    They never have any dates. Don’t book their HGV package. You will waste your money

    I booked a HGV package Jan 2022. I spent an incredible amount of time calling them to try to book the dates but they never had anything available. I called in August and they had nothing in September,October or November. I called in September and they had nothing available for the rest of 2022. I called in October & November = nothing nothing nothing. I called in January, nothing in that month or anything thru March. I called today after spending 50 minutes on a call with one agent who couldn’t find any availability till April 27th she put the phone down without booking it. I called back to be told that wasn’t available and nothing was available through May and they couldn’t look any further in the future. What a complete waste of deposit money and what a complete waste of my time!
