Paradise in a Corner room With Spectacular Views
We had a great time. Whale watching from our room was spectacular! The staff is amazing. There is an onsite Massage Parlor that is a must go to. The good on site is good and the pool is very clean. The access and parking is easy. Close to shopping and many restaurants close by. Our Suite was very clean and the staff is always very attentive to our needs and or requests.

Get Away
The rooms were clean, nice big pools and you can get take food and beverages on site. Great location close to other restaurants, grocery stores, health care needs and much more. Great bell service too.

poor
This place has steadily gone downhill since it was an Embassy Suites 35 years ago. When I came a year ago, there was no table service at the restaurant. You had to go order, pay, and pick up. Of course, they wanted you to tip them for the privilege. They blamed Covid. Now, a year later, the same. The food is terribly overpriced. I wouldn't spent more than $270 a night to stay here. Those of you paying $400 and up are getting royally ripped off. It's NOT worth it. This may be my last year coming here. It is just so mediocre.

Great location and value
We've stayed at KBC several times. Love the location. The service staff is outstanding. As in all places, could do without the timeshares ales pushiness. Rooms are great. Kitchens are minimal and appliances need an update. Shared laundry in the hallway could use additional machines (think stacking two machines side by side rather than 1 machine per floor). Restaurants are decent but need an upgrade. Overall, we will be back as we do like the property.

Love the Pink!
A wonderful stay with a spacious room, terrific pool, underground parking (a cool car is a plus), and the walking path nearby with restaurant options. Even take out by the pool if you feel like staying in. We enjoyed our stay very much.
