Fabulous hotel exceptional in every way everyone so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful and immaculate suites. Top quality restaurants and bar areas serving wonderful food and drinks. Well tended gardens and pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Super Gym and Spa facilities. Thank you Tiziana and all the amazing El Mirador team for looking after us so well. We will keep returning.

Always Memorable
Recently returned from yet another extraordinary stay at this most remarkable hotel. This great haven of tranquility never fails to disappoint, with its lovely restaurants and supberb cuisine, overlooking the wonderful sandy beach of Playa Del Duque. We were welcomed by the lovely Starprestige butler, Diana, who booked us into one of our favourite suites on the La Balconada. We did request this particular suite by email following our booking, and whilst we accept that it is a request that may not be able to be fulfilled, we were lucky enough to be successful on this occasion. Visiting here is like travelling to meet family. Everyone recognises you as soon as you arrive, and most of the guests, like us, are returned. All of the staff from housekeeping to senior managers go out of their way to ensure your experience is 100% satisfaction at every moment of your stay. On a couple of occasions, we saw some guests who had obviously just arrived for the first time, getting the full tour of the hotel, as everyone gets for their initial visit, irrespective of the time you arrive. My thoughts were that this may be their first visit, but I doubt very much that it will be their last. The El Mirador is like a drug, it's easy to get hooked, that's what happened to us and the reason we have just enjoyed our 6th stay. It was great to meet up with the team members who have become our friends, such as Davide in the El Cenador Restaurant, who sets you up wonderfully for the day at breakfast. Paola, the dancing queen, on reception, who welcomes you continually as you pass her throughout your stay. We would also like to give a mention to a new face to us, Gofran, who has only just recently joined the team, we wish her well for the future, and look forward to seeing her next time. Finally, a big, big thank you to Diana for her attendance to ensure our needs and comfort are continually met, and who has become a crucial part of our holidays at the El Mirador. Thanks once again to everyone for another memorable stay. We shall look forward to the next time. Terry & Tracey

First class hotel
This was our 9th visit to this excellent hotel. All staff are extremely helpful but we would particularly mention the reception, La Pergola restaurant and especially Tiziana one of the management team. Our overall experience was first class and we will be returning next year

We have stayed at El Mirador for many years and we love it , it surpasses any destinations have been to , fabulous hotel
The hotel is spotless food fabulous and service second to none . Brilliantly run and we were so looked after , special thanks to Tiziana she is wonderful. We will be returning asap.

Marvellous!
My husband and I spent 9 nights here in September. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Total luxury! Beautiful grounds, immaculately maintained and clean. Our room had everything we needed and more. The pool areas are stunning and always plenty of sun-beds, absolutely no need to reserve. The restaurants were amazing, the food delicious. The cocktails at the wonderful bar were marvellous! To top it off, the staff are fantastic, so attentive, helpful, kind and warm. We rebooked for next year while we were there!
