My stay in Intercontinental Lisboa
My stay was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and competent. My room was great. The hotel is very clean, close the good areas and modern. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 star was because of concierge service. I wanted to have dinner at a restaurant with Fado show. After all, I had heard about it and wanted to experience that aspect of Portuguese culture. I asked the concierge for a fado restaurant and the gentleman highly recommended this particular restaurant and he mentioned that every night it has fado. So he booked a reservation for me. I went there and had a very nice dinner (and expensive I might add) but no fado show. I asked the server where is the fado and he said that there were no show. So the concierge gentleman dropped the ball completely. I didn’t see him after that evening through out the rest of my stay so couldn’t bring it to his attention. That was the only bad experience I had in this hotel. After all, I was not looking for only a fine dinning.

Excellent Hotel Option!!!
A great hotel conveniently located within s 15-20 minutes leisurely walk into the old historic area of Lisbon. Our room was on the 15th floor with outstanding views across Lisbon. The room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities one would require for a comfortable stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the rain shower was an added bonus. All the staff we encountered from the front door, reception to the bar were friendly, helpful and professional. The only let down was the lack of a spa/swimming pool. We would have no hesitation in staying here again..

Worst staying experience in my life
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The towels are very old , the rooms has a smell , the shower does not work properly. Finally , every single staff has access keys enters the room without even knocking. I cannot imagine how does even intercontinental accepts to put its name on it .

Best 5 Star hotel in Lisbon
Fabulous hotel where the service is definitely of 5 star standard. Wonderful friendly staff who make sure every request is taken care of. A private transfer was organised for us by Alvaro at the concierge desk & our driver Pedro was top class. The food is amazing in this hotel with great choices. We had breakfast in the main restaurant and the club lounge both were delicious. Easter Sunday brunch had such a fabulous offering and we enjoyed that meal so much.Club lounge staff were the best we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, both friendly and professional & gym facilities were excellent too. The bed was so comfortable which ensured a great rest. Front door staff and reception staff excellent also. We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to everyone at The InterContinental, we will definitely be back many times.
