May 15, 2025A superb week, but beware the vacation club time-share pressure sales pitch
We wanted to recognize the exceptional service that we received from 2 employees. First of all Elias, pool and beach concierge, really went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay so enjoyable. He was attentive and understood our needs. The other person is Matias at the spa, who gave us with the hydro therapy an experience we had never had in any other spa in North America. He was dedicated, making sure that we enjoyed every different massage, and with a very good sense of humour. The only negative comment, and it is a significant one for us, was the unpleasant experience with the time-share vacation club presentation. We had understood from the check-in that this was a visit of the Impressions hotel in case we wanted to return eventually, but in the morning it was not even the person we had seen the day before, we were brought to your darkest restaurant, with lights off and suspicious people in the booths who we had no idea what they were doing. The people in the room also requested our identity papers and started with very confusing explanations. When we voiced our lack of comfort with the proceedings, a more senior “sales” person came and things did not improve at all, quite to the contrary. We felt pressure going up, either to get us to sign or get us out of the room so we would not impeded their efforts with other unknowing guests. This is the reason for our low rating for the check-in process.

Great Entertainment Team!
We enjoyed the Entertainment Team! They were top notch. Jessica, Monica, Miguel, Axel, Uziel, Sergio, Aranza, Julio, Regina, Gabriela, Giovanni, Daniela, Felix, and Cristian were amazing! We did most of the activities which included sand volleyball, pool volleyball, and water aerobics. They were very engaging and fun to be around.

The entertainment team they’re amazing, so fun and entertainment, good spirit and good engaging, they find you wherever you are haha, please be sure to meet all the team, special shot out to Gabriela, Aramza, Sergio, Regina, Julio, Monica, Cristian, Axel, Uziel, Daniela, Miguel, Giovanni, Felix, Jessica. Food is amazing and drinks has a good quality, rooms are really nice and fancy

The property is gorgeous! The service was great! Amanda, Gabriela, Sergio, Jessica, axel, Monica, Julio, Miguel, Giovanni’s, Felix, Daniella, Regina, and Christian were all so friendly and fun with the entertainment crew The shows were so good!!!

Best Service
This has been the most fun vacation!! I met so many fun people like Aranza,Gabriela, Sergio, Felix, Julio, Monica, Regina, Uziel, Giovanni, Jessica, Miguel, Cristian! We played many games and had the best service :) 10/10. There are so many drink, food, and pool options! Definitely a vacation to remember
