Ritik Chaudhary is soo nice and handsome. He's always with us when we need him. It was a very happy honeymoon because he was kind and contacted well. When we need things or activities we want, contact him via WhatsApp and he always checks our condition and let us know what we need.

Perfect butler
I was so happy to visit Isla Mujeres, a new place, and meet a wonderful butler. He is kind, cheerful, handsome, and checks my schedule very carefully. If I visit again, I would like to receive service from him again. Muy bien~

Very Beautiful Resort
This resort is so pretty!! Rooftop pool’s view is amazing and great for pictures. The pool next to the lobby is also really pretty. Room is very well designed with great views and spacious areas around the bathroom. Love the balcony. Room service is really good. Everyone was super nice, especially Ritik and the bartenders. Would definitely come visit again when get a chance next time.

An amazing anniversary!
My wife and I scheduled our trip over a year ago. Sometimes when you look forward to something for so long and read about so many positives the bar can be so high it’s impossible for it to be met. I can say with confidence that this was not the case. From the moment we boarded our boat at Hacienda Del Mar with Nacho and Fidel all the way through the end of our trip every need was met and the staff went above and beyond at all times. Special thanks to our butlers Edgar and Angel who were highly attentive and friendly, often times getting us into activities that were full. More thanks go to the activities folks especially, Jared and Pablo who we had several activities/excursions with. We were also the only couple on a bike ride around the island so we got even more special care with them. And of course Diego who we had as our mixologist for two separate activities… he was excellent, funny and his creations were incredible. Monica with VIP services was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Of course the resort is gorgeous, the rooftop pool was our favorite with incredible views of the water and Cancún. We can’t recommend this property enough!

All is good
The hotel is stunningly clean, beautiful in every details. The staff is so welcoming, kind and so friendly! We loved the yoga classes with Steph in the morning. The food was excellent. And the view of this hotel is out of this world. I highly recommend this place 10/10.
