My husband and I stayed at Impressions Island Mujeres in May 2025 to celebrate my birthday. The staff made my day so special that I had delicious cake from the minute I woke up to the moment a went to bed! Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction every day. All of the staff members were so pleasant and happy to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Freddie was so great every day, Irving delicious drinks, Antonio awesome seats on the beach, I’m forgetting so many amazing people! Thank you Isla Mujeres, we hope to see you again soon. 5/5 Stars Absolutely coming back!
Such an amazing trip, the resort is one of the best in the world that ive stayed at. Very attentive and friendly staff too absolutely 5/5 stars. Antonio, Caesar, Angel and Edgar all made the trip even that much better with their amazing service. Will definitely be back!

Special place that keeps getting better and better with each trip.
This is a very special place. Third time here and each visit gets better and better. Staff is exceptional. This visit our butler David was amazing. Each day doing something special for us. Food is exceptional and so many options - steakhouse to sushi. This resort is wellness focused; staff caters to making sure you can relax and enjoy every moment. Bartenders craft delicious cocktails both with and without alcohol- fyi alcohol is top shelf which is not common with all inclusive. Isla Mujeres is also a very special and safe island making it easy to explore via bike or golf cart - the preferred way to sight seeing. This resort is truly special for guests seeking to be pampered. Again our 3rd time here and it just keeps getting better. Almost forgot the entertainment team is amazing. 😻 so if visiting trip the different activities… you will definitely create souvenirs to take home that will be special.

Excellent Service
Edward at the rooftop bar was Awesome…Great service and made us feel like family. Very engaging and made it so much fun…After 1 day, he knew our names and started making our favorite drinks before we sat down at the bar….i would highly recommend this 5 Star resort!
