This was one of my favourite Iberostar I have stayed at in the past 10 years. The workers Sarahi, and angel were absolutely amazing. The food was incredible along with all the late night and kid shows. The bars were fast and efficient and drinks were very well made. Overall, amazing rooms, bars, shows , people and food. Will be back next year!

Fabulous resort
Just returned from an amazing 13 night stay at Iberostar Tucan. The staff in the restaurants, bars, activities, front desk are all fabulous. Great choice and quality of food for all tastes. The best for us was the beach, spent most of our time there, we did have the Star prestige however you don't have to spend the extra on that to have a fabulous time at this resort

Beautiful!
This was an outstanding hotel and definitely worthy of its 5 star ⭐️ rating! It’s the most spectacular resort and we would love to return! We would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing Entertainment team who were always so passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and fun! …Mariel,Angel Charly, Andy Erica,Alberto,Gaby,Abraham and Ivone. They were the best and we thoroughly enjoyed the all the sports, entertainment and activities that took place. They work so hard and they all do such a fantastic job in keeping everyone entertained. We have traveled to many countries, however this is the best entertainment team we have encountered! Well done and thank you for being so brilliant and making our vacation so much fun! Your star friends, Anastasia and Harry from LONDON had the best time! Each and every one of you is an asset to Iberostar! You are all amazing! We were situated in room 1527 and this was the perfect location. We were a minute walk from the breakfast restaurant. And a 3 minute walk to the beach/pool. We were in perfect view of the jungle … only a few feet away from our balcony which was on the first floor. We were so lucky to have had such a beautiful view of the monkeys swinging from tree to tree. We also had the pleasure of seeing deer 🦌 and peacocks 🦚 and other animals and birds from our balcony. It was sensational! Every floor had a water and ice machine which was a great idea and came in very handy! It’s an eco friendly hotel so it’s plastic free. 2 Water bottles are supplied in the rooms but can be a good idea to take your own if you prefer. We requested 2 extra and housekeeping were happy to provide these. We had the pleasure of visiting all the a la carte restaurants . High standards of service and amazing food served in all. The main restaurants where breakfast and dinner were served also exceptional. In particular Jesus, Carlos, Mateo, Abigail, Jose, Brenda, Alejandro,Ana, chef Apolonio. Apologies if we have forgotten to name more but THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! 😎 Buffet selection was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from and the service was outstanding . Definitely a 5 star rating given to all the restaurants and the staff should be commended for their super service. Husband and I booked the couples massage at the hotel spa which was a lovely experience. Highly recommend if you would like to unwind with a relaxing massage. Thank you to Graziela and other colleague for the best massages! There are plenty of beach beds at the pool and beach. However we did like to go early to reserve our beds as we had a particular preference of seating area. Beach towels provided. And we mustn’t forget to mention the beach/ pool bar /ice cream staff. Thank you for being so helpful and serving your hundreds of customers in the heat all day! Not an easy job to do! Bravo! Bottles of Mosquito repellent lotion supplied in hotel rooms and replenished. Was able to get a taxi in the evening from the hotel to take us into 5th Avenue which is a shopping area. 10 dollars for a single trip. Lots of souvenir shops . Great to buy a sombrero or tequila! Rooms kept very clean. Comfortable beds and fluffy pillows! We needed more pillows and occasionally more towels. The reception staff were happy to send housekeeping to deliver items promptly. Equipped with hairdryer and small clothes drying frame on the balcony. And lastly it was a pleasure to have met the manager Ariana at check out. We were able to share positive feedback with her and tell her about fantastic experience at the Iberostar Tucan. Overall a fantastic holiday destination and perfect hotel. We would recommend to all. Holiday Iberostar
The entertainment is great especially Ivonne, a lot of activities to do. The food was lovely and had a great stay here at Iberostar Tucan. Would definitely come back! The beach is also lovely, easy to walk from pool straight on to beach

Sehr gut
Our trip was very nice. The entire hotel area is very tidy and there was nothing to complain about. The entertainers are very nice, especially Arlette and Sarahi. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
