· Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
· Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.

This was our first time in Jamaica for my honeymoon and let me tell you guys how excellent your customer service is I met with 3 ladies tannia, sheresa and christagaye they made sure our stay was seamless thank you guys so much can’t wait to visit again

Amazing place to stay and relax!
Fantastic place to stay! We had a wonderful time at the pools and beach, the resort facilities are top-notch, and the staff are extremely helpful. Our concierge Colin was great and assisted us in anything we needed. There were plenty of daily activities to entertain us - Ruth and Mo Mo were wonderful. Drinks are excellent and Nicholas at the bar was great. The food at every restaurant was amazing, even the buffet. Highly recommend this resort!

Christagay is the best !!!
Our first time at this resort and we had a blast Christagay at guest services was the absolute best she was so welcoming and her smile was so comforting she was so professional,the staff at the pool bar was great as well as Dwight Great resort we had fun

A day to remember
I had an amazing time at the resort even though I was on a day pass celebrating my son’s birthday they ensured it was an experience to remember. The food truck on the beach is top tier and I recommend that you try their jerk chicken. Ms Doreen by the pool bar was very friendly and took very good care of us. A big shout out to the suites guest services team, Sheresa brought us a cake that topped off the celebration. How could I forget their entertainment team they are full energy and gave my son Brian a shout out for his birthday. I could go on forever because the service stood out and our day was one to remember.

Reunion
Kaduna Roxanne and Alanzo is the best concierge. Celebrating my family reunion in Jamaica at IBEROSTAR was very nice thanks to christa gay at guest service who arranged our family dinner on the beach, I recommend this private dinner. Our room was so beautiful and over looking the ocean and restaurants was clean and staff full of smiles.
