    Excellent vacation with friends at this hotel great staff and facilities location is fantastic with views across the bay, We stayed with friends as we are iberostar club members, the only disappointing part was the Japanese restaurant, but my expectations were possibly high after having many great meals and entertainment in the Japanese restaurant at iberostar hacienda Dominicus in the Dominican Republic. But that said all other aspects of the hotel and the vacation were fantastic 😊

    Friends celebrating our 50th birthdays

    A Group of friends visited to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The food was great & the staff were all amazing. My only grip was being told we couldn’t have lunch/snacks at the pool bar on our first day to the next day our lovely guy at the pool bar served us toasted sandwiches. All round I would recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Very disappointing hotel

    On arrival it all looked good But the room was not clean dirty marked bed sheets broken glass on balcony that I stood on so I’m assuming the balconies was not cleaned We had one request a quite room well this was not put into place very noisy from upstairs it sounded like someone was working out at 3.00 in the morning we did complain but it took three days Food was bland and very cold My wife asked the chef to cook some fresh pasta he didn’t look happy doing this but he did 30 min later it arrived cold We really looked into booking this hotel as it promises everything this was to be a special holiday after a few health issue with my wife and we did email the hotel before arrival to explain the issue On departing we did tel the reservation team about our issues and they told us that we would be in contact but we have not had anything still it’s been nearly a month I would not recommend this hotel it’s really over rated Plus they asked us on arrival if we wanted a upgrade for €1000 we declined Thank god This is a fair review in my mind I’m very honest and fair Thank you Jason We would not book again with this hotel

    Highly recommend. Great location

    Excellent all the way around. Highly Recommend. Beautiful view from room, overlooking the bay, outdoor seating. Excellent location to restaurants and shops. Nice to have coffee and tea available in room. Very nice pool and loungers with drinks available poolside.

    Spacious seaview suites, professional staff, definitely worth a visit .

    A well earned few days rest in a stunning location, comfortable suite, professional and friendly staff, high standards in all areas of the hotel and outdoors. No need for the early morning ‘sunbed save’. Never been here before and generally do not book return visits but this will be an exception.
