Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.

Once again I must say I didn’t regret my stay here even thou it was a short one we enjoyed our self and also the excellent staffs. I must give a shout out to Miss Amesha for her wonderful service as well her customer service is A1👏👏.. I will be returning again with my family this time….. xoxo

Arrived in Montego Bay March 16th. Would definitely recommend Club Mobay. We landed and were met by the Club Mobay representative who walked us through customs. There was actually a very long line as about 6 flights landed at the same time. She said the line would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get through. We were through customs and at the resort in 35 minutes. The resort was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and the beach was great. It's not powdery sand but it was still very nice. There is a good amount of sea grass but that won't stop you from getting in the water. Only went to one restaurant, the Italian. Food was good. Not plentiful but good. Would definitely recommend it. We ate at the buffet most of the time and there were plenty of selections to choose from. I was a little disappointed that the was no room service but that was not a deal breaker. The jerk chicken on the beach is a MUST. I ate that for lunch every day. Would absolutely return.

Amazing bartenders
I had an amazing time with JUDIAN & SATINO the best bartenders on the resort! Best customer service, excellent drinks and quickness! Every morning they made sure my needs were met and then some! I highly recommend the morning bartenders SPECIFICALLY!

Second stay with Rose hall beach!!
Second time staying at the beach and it’s always a great time. Even though we upgraded to the grand this time the beach will always be my fave, the vibes are great. Gawayne Akeem & Sheryl are always so professional and great people! I recommend 100%

Iberostar Rose Hall Beach
We spent four days at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. It was a well needed relaxing time for all. The food , pool and beach were great but what made stay our stay perfect was our concierge Carla. She made each day very special for us and took care of all our details such as reservations for the specialty restaurants as well as the spa. She went went out of her way to accommodate our needs and sure we were well taken care of. We didn’t have to “lift a finger “. My family ( brother and sister) are planning to visit Iberostar in Rose Hall Beach very soon, and I’ve already recommended that they ask for Carla. We can’t wait to go back.
