Mother’s Day weekend with sisters
My sisters was here May12th though May 15th 2023. The Restaurant served American food. Th front desk was great and the excursion Allstar. Room 2315 air condition wasn’t working perfectly then only one elevator was working, which when we check in both elevators was working. The hotel workers in the restaurant, and at the hotel was very pleasant.. the Japanese restaurant I read that it’s 80 the rice was hard wasn’t cooked. The food did not have no taste.

Below standard hotel
We arrived too early for check in so we had to wait around for 3pm to get a room Heads up part of the check in is their sale of their iberostar brand they call it a travel program but it’s time share The food was always cold unless it was from a grill forget it. Food always cold as if not cooked fresh Rooms clean and airy- great housekeeping Beaches full of vendors right on the beach very little space for the kids to even play and there is smell of weed all the time that kids relate beach with that smell. Terrible!! Entertainment group were good both at the pool and late night Swim up pool bar great Staff friendly at this hotel but the standard is not consistent throughout all three hotels that were at the location . The rose hall beaches hotel was below standard of the three.

Thank you Iberostar Team for going above and beyond
The Resort was a bit quiet and so we had to walk a lot to the Suites. The bars wouldn’t serve before a certain hour. We had a baby and it wasn’t catering to our Light blue membership. We had a lovely vacation however. Jamaica is wonderful and we want the following staff to be noticed for exceptional costumer service. Each of the names listed below went above and beyond for our Family. Star Prestige Beach bar: Melissa roshawn Leroy the girl with the baby… Prestige lounge: Gwerickea Mahogany Shows: Sparkle Cookie Pierre Dressel: Germaine Housekeeping: Brenda Anne Marie Concierge: Berris Breakfast buffet: Suzette

Good enough, just DO NOT JOIN IBEROSTAR THE CLUB
The GOOD: -Lovely location -The rooms at all levels are wonderful -The buffet is absolutely delicious and with an incredible variety -We highly recommend the Blue Hole- and be sure to wear good water-footwear because if you're just wearing cheap watersocks you're likely to lose them in the jump -There were a lot of activities in the The BAD: -The kind of stuff you'd expect from a resort: you can't easily get to any nearby shops without getting a shuttle and that's like a whole thing. If you want something that they don't normally stock (for us it was Diet Coke/Coke Zero) then it's a huge hassle to get it. -The Club membership is a gigantic scam. Do not listen to anything they tell you- THEY WILL LIE. I would highly recommend not even going to the little thing they invite you to because they are going to do whatever it takes to get you to sign the paperwork. They will NOT tell you you're signing up for a loan. They ARE going to tell you that you can opt out at any point, despite the paperwork saying you can't get out of that loan unless you want solicitors calling you and messing up your credit. They are NOT going to tell you that you only have 7 days to cancel membership, and that is unlikely to be enough time for you to get home and get the paperwork to a lawyer for review. Consider that whatever selection you make, it is going to be thousands of dollars more due to the interest that gets charged. For real- this is a total scam. Just do yourself a favor and pass, unless you really want to get rid of $20k or more. -If you go out onto the beach expect to be peddled to constantly. If you have a hard time saying "no" you are going to buy something you didn't want, and if you're an introvert you're going to be annoyed with how often you're forced into social interaction.

Resort issues
My visit to this resort started off by being assigned a room that was already occupied by someone. I was assigned another room with double beds instead of the requested king bed. The room had an old musty smell to it. I requested different accommodations but was informed that nothing else was available. The guest service team was quite rude at times. I just stayed out of the room as much as possible and made the best of my vacation. Everything in my luggage had to be washed as soon as I returned home due to the smell. Jamaica was great, but the resort has some issues.
