Vacation August 2023
I went to the buffet in the lobby beach. The food was exceptional and so was the wait staff. We visited the hibachi restaurant, Hashiru. The food was a 5 course meal with great food ana great company. We also attended the Italian restaurant and I highly recommend it to visiting families and friends.

Good price for what they offer
Very good atmosphere and hotel in general was what I expected. Iberostar hotels have a good price and accommodations plus what the amenities offer with all inclusive services. Entertainment is also very good where the instructors are always welcoming you in particularly Juliana :) Enjoyed my holidays in Iberostar!

Paraíso beach family vacation
Iberostar Paraiso Beach I would return to again. Unfortunately, with Mexico going through a heat wave like portions of the United States, it was very hot and humid!! The buffets are not air-conditioned, and the restaurants that do have A/C are not cooled off enough that you are constantly dripping sweat while eating. Made it a bit uncomfortable. But not the resorts fault for the air temp. I thought the food was very good in both the restaurants and buffets. The pool activities staff were great. They tried to make it fun every day. Shout out to Alex, Gigi and Daniel. There were plenty of chairs at pool and beach. No need to get there at 6am but if you do want a specific spot you might want to get down there by 7:30-8am. The covered beds by pool are very comfy but only for free on the island that you walk across 2 feet of water to get to. It’s also quieter there if you like that. The bar by the island is also a lot less busy!! Room was clean. No issues there. Wildlife was very cool if you like that. A coati stole my husbands hamburger off his plate while still wrapped. LOL! Fitness Center is big and nice. I took 3 classes there and they are included so that was great. Beach was clean. Water beautiful. I would say my only complaints are: -How long the resort is. Have to take trolleys if don’t want to walk much. I don’t have an issue walking and enjoy it normally but it was so HOT I had to wait for trolley sometimes. -the pool water was like a bath. It was so hot outside that you can’t even go in pool to cool off. Sea water a little better. So main place to cool off is your room. As stated- I would recommend the resort and I would return again. I would likely cost the Lindo next door since includes more things.

Bed bugs
All I have to say is bed bugs...there were a lot of over priced b.s. and they try to get u to upgrade for nothing... but I could deal with all of that.. if not for the bed bugs and Mosquito raide they used for it

Amazing experience!
loved the entertainment and the resort. There was food for everyone and all preferences. The shows are funny and i like how they get people involved. I also like how the beach is round the corner and that is also included in the activities. Although there is a lot going on you can also relax whenever and wherever you want
