STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

This was my second time coming with my wife. We had an awesome time as soon as we got on the property the staff just made us feel like family we had tiny the big guy as a butler for the second time that guy is the best. We ran into some of the staff from last year and they remembered us that was awesome. My wife was talking to them like she knew them for years. All of the shows were great the food was good also.

my stay at the iberostar was amazing have to say my butlers Were super helpful a. friendly Christopher was definitely one of the best if not the butler an genuine young man knows so much about sports life in general always there when we needed is service if an when I get back he well be ask for by me and my wife over all the food was good entertainment was amazing always a good time at the pool can't say anything bad about my trip see you soon Jamaica

Great birthday celebration
Kadeen morning butler and Christopher my evening butler were very personalble and attentive to all needs. If anything was needed all I had to do was ask. The beach was beautiful and the food was great. The entertainment was excellent especially the Michael Jackson impersonator. Each evening the restaurants, had great atmosphere. The morning buffet was excellent and the wait service was great especially Teron. I'd recommend for a relaxing beach vacation.

Awesome 54th Birthday!!!
Christopher Bailey my extremely considerate butler made sure that my needs were meet on daily basis. I know sometimes it may have been difficult but he did it with a smile. My birthday was during my stay, and the staff decorated the room, gave me special services on top of the ordinary services and made things great!! The Surf n Turf restaurant was AWESOME and very fresh. All the food at this resort was perfect. The entertainment, especially the Michael Jackson show was off the chain, crazy and excellent. Kadeen was my morning butler and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She listened when needed and corrected ALL issues. Overall, the staff are awesome and I will definitely return, requesting the team of Kadeen and Christopher!!! Rockstar

55th Birthday Celebration
Service was exceptional! Room was clean and nice! Bed was VERY comfortable! I celebrated my 55th birthday with family and friends and it was the best experience! The wait staff, resort, the restaurant and our Butlers were exceptional!
