    Th perfect vacation spot!

    This may be the most beautiful and amazing place on earth! The customer service at Iberostar Grand Parasio is outstanding to say the least. There’s not a single negative thing about the resort. All of the staff are amazing, however, some stood out more such as Alexander and Mauro, our butlers, Elizabeth (pool concierge), Leticia, Luz, and Luis from the pool/pool bar, Luigi at Rhapsody lounge, Alfonso, our waiter from the steakhouse, and Enrique and Rodrigo from the Japanese restaurant. This is also a foodie paradise. There are foods from every culinary experience that you can imagine. Every bite was top notch and you can tell they put great effort into everything they do here. It is the most “all inclusive” I’ve ever seen. There’s lots of activities including games at the pool, parasailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. We came here for our 3rd wedding anniversary and we will definitely come back!

    Wonderful Vacation!

    Wonderful vacation in a beautiful resort! Butlers are very attentive and helpful, especially Mauro, Luis, Antonio and Reuben! Food is excellent! Lobby and Rhapsody bartenders are the best in the business! Love the friendliness of all the staff here and can’t wait to come back!

    We went to the Grand Paraiso 10 years ago and took a chance on going again because it was so great last time. It was our 30th wedding anniversary as well as my wife's birthday, so we had a lot to celebrate. Well, NOTHING has changed. It's still a fantastic resort and very palatial. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in a Butler room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. It was like something out of a movie. This resort is top notch including great restaurants and top shelf alcohol. Now for the shout outs.... The best bar on the resort is by far the Rhapsody Bar hosted by Luilly (called Luigi). He is a mixologist and made the most amazing drinks for my wife and I. We would go to that bar to "pre game" before every meal and Luilly always made it special. Then there's Elizabeth. She is one of the Pool Concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed every day by the pool She is exceptional and deserves a great deal of praise. One of our Butler's Miguel, helped me plan a couple of nights to make our anniversary special. As an example, one night he made sure there was a bubble bath drawn in our room with rose pedals spread all over the place. We had room service and they brought champagne and treats. So romantic! He was very kind and we really appreciated him for making our trip so special. If you're looking to get pampered by the nicest people in the world and to have the most amazing vacation, this is the spot for you. I just hope I don't have to wait another 10 years to return.

    Food, Fun, Décor, Staff..Excellent! Will Be Back

    This was my first time at this particular Iberostar – I have been to the Grand Rose Hall 3 times in Montego Bay Jamaica. Drinks, food décor AMAZING. Staff were all so great. Hotel staff were all so amazing. I had a problem with Air Transat but Iberostar (Mariana, Manager) did everything she literally could to basically clean up Air Transat’s mess. Further, when Air Transat ride was 1 hour late picking me up for my return flight to the airport, the bellboy approached me asking with carrier I had booked with and he recommends following up as it is getting a little close/late. He arranged for Marco to contact Air Transat for me to figure out where my ride was – poor Marc was on the phone with them for approximately 25 mins (wait time included) – just such a superior level of customer service. Lady that checked me in (cant remember her name, but I am sure she can be located/identified) also helped me so much; which I really appreciated. It was a long day. I really do appreciate all of the help from all of the staff throughout my entire stay as parts of my vacation were a total nightmare, not due to Iberostar, but due to the carrier that I booked my vacation package through. Adrian contacted the Air Transat rep (she was useless) for me to set-up an in person meeting to help me. It was nice of him to arrange it Vs flipping me a TL# to be on hold for God knows how long. It was helpful for him to do because he/other staff would know how to get a more immediate response and there is a benefit for Air Transat to keep good relations with Iberostar Vs me..just a useless customer #10024598 as they made me feel and proved it through their conduct with me and other clients as I heard their nightmare stories on the resort. I would book with Iberostar again, and would come back to this articular Iberostar. Also, if you are a seafood will love it here! Also, foam parties at the sister resort are a ton of fun. During my stay they took place: 3:300pm-4:30pm Wednesday & Saturday. Thank you Iberostar!

    The butler service was the best we've ever experienced. Ruben went above & beyond to see that we had anything we needed. The grounds crew work tirelessly to keep everything beautiful and well maintained. The staff throughout the resort are always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately while we were here the beach experienced enormous amounts of seagrass with turbulent winds/surf but even with mother nature's antics, the grounds crew tried staying on top of the never-ending seagrass battered beaches. All in all, it was a fabulous stay.
