    Love this place

Never usually revisit a hotel but this was our third visit in two years and has become a favourite spot for a quick, relaxing break. The hotel staff from the restaurant to bar, lifeguards to reception, are wonderful and offer many little touches to make things feel special and beyond 4*. Rooms are clean, well thought out and offer everything you need for a short break. The layout and staff means it’s particularly helpful for those with mobility issues. Very easy to visit Palma via bus, and enough nice shops, cafes and restaurants nearby to stroll around. The resort has its party areas but this seems well monitored and has never caused us any issues at all. We also love the fact this hotel has a good mix of different nationalities staying. Finally… the food and drink options! Selection on offer is great, and we love the themed nights, including a little cocktail, which again, unusually means we aren’t tempted to eat out for dinner. Thank you Iberostar, I’m sure we will be back again.

Well situated helpful staff and clean hotel

A well situated hotel for the beach and sea front shops and bars etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good selection of everything at breakfast and although busy there’s no problem getting a table. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Water cooler on every floor and a glass carafe and glasses in every room is a good idea. Even though busy at breakfast a very quiet hotel. Rooms are of a good size. When we were there last week it was a bit chilly and we only found one thin duvet which we put over our beds. No A/C on at this time of year either. Too chilly to sit outside and watch the shows of an evening. Did feel sorry for acts performing to empty chairs. Oh the pool was very cold but I braved it. To be expected in April but I think indoor pool not heated either. We were the only Brits we knew of in the hotel which really didn’t bother us. Heard a few French and Italians but mainly Germans. A good cross section of ages too. But only the one outdoor pool no kids pool only a little paddle size one. We’ve never seen so many serious cyclist in one place the resort was full of them. Must be the cycling capital of the island. Easy to catch a bus to Palma only €2 yes very busy and packed on but only on a short time. Pro location/staff/ cleanliness Cons there’s no snack bar anywhere. On the hotel site. If you just want a sarni and fries at lunchtime.

    Superb hotel and staff!

Probably one of the best hotel food experiences we've ever had! Such a great experience from the moment of check in (welcome drinks offered immediately with a warm greeting by the wonderful concierge) to departure. Every member of staff spoke whenever they passed you and went out of their way to help.

Be careful staying here if you are looking to stay with a young family!

Be careful staying here if you are looking to stay with young families! After a wonderful 5 day stay at the hotel our experience took a dip for the last few days when a group of young men were placed in the room next to us. Now I’ve got nothing against a group of men having a holiday, good for them and they seemed like nice lads but their holiday is the opposite to ours. Loud music blaring when we were putting the kids to bed, being woken up in the middle of the night by music, shouting etc. During the day, if we were in our room we had to keep our balcony doors closed because of the constant stink of second hand smoke and blaring music. After a day of it I spoke to reception (25/4/24 at around 6:30pm) and was told we could move room but they are entitled to do what they want. My main issue is, on the website it’s ‘family friendly’ which is the main reason why we booked. My children not being able to get to sleep before 11pm isn’t family friendly, being woken up at 4am isn’t family friendly and having to keep our balcony doors closed all afternoon and evening because of blaring music and second hand smoke isn’t family friendly. The hotel is great, staff were great, food great and the location great. We had a brilliant stay for 5 days but it really dipped the last few days and glad we didn’t have to endure mores days like 6 and 7. We have been probably been really unlucky but a Club 18-30 holiday next door to our room isn’t what we expected when we booked. Be careful staying here if you are looking to stay with young families! Good family break

I would say this is a very good hotel - things run efficiently and with good training: - the reception is nice and staff friendly with speak many languages - food is outstanding - fresh meat, veg nice , breakfast is outstanding, variation of specialities probably AI food I E ever had and it was never that busy I think in summer they have 2 shifts - bar is lovely with small snacks throughout the day - evening entertainment changes each night - some nights were more kid friendly like circus - faculties like tennis and padel were good but you have to pay for them and not cheap 16 euros - taxis were way more expensive than I realised at least 20 euros into town and 15 to shopping centre - aquarium is about 20 mins walk but again incredibly expensive circa 100 euros for 4 - location is good near beaches and bars / restaurants I imagine it is pretty “lively” in summer but out of season perfect - outdoor pool was freezing but ok to splash if weather is warm - playground was fun for little ones but kids club seemed a little quiet let’s say Some advice for management: - create singles table for solo travellers - buy in some 0.0% beers (0,5% is not the same for a teetotaller) - explain yiu have to pay for safe and towels when you check in - I would make a bigger deal of tennis and padel - offer coaching, games, social tournaments - maybe offer a shuttle into town as the taxi expense Vs unbelievably busy buses made it a chore - maybe just take a look at kids club process and activities - I suspect there are some improvements
