I loved this resort! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The entertainment was good without being over the top. The rooftop pool views are truly unbeatable. We did purchase the Vantage Club, which gives you access to the rooftop pool, along with a few other things. I was a little confused because we could walk up to the pool without anyone asking if we have the Vantage Club. It seemed like anyone could go up there without paying. Anyway, the beach club was so cool. You do have to take a shuttle like less than 10 min away but it has the best vibes and the staff is amazing there. The only downside was the seagrass at the ocean. It covered the entire beach. I know a lot of that cannot be helped- it's just the season. But you literally couldn't even walk in the sand because it was completely covered with the seagrass. So I am glad there are pools at the beach club!

Great Stay At Hyatt Vivid
The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is great and ever restaurant has excellent service. The rooms was spacious and clean and the tv options were good. Never complained about poor wifi service. Beach shuttle is ok but the prices to get the nice cabanas is ridiculous.

You should give this resort a try!
We were hesitant about going to this resort because it wasn’t on the beach, but I’m glad that we gave it a try. The staff here are incredible. What I find the most appealing is that everyone who works here is enjoying themselves and really seems to like being there. We had a very easy check-in with Fernando. He was very helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend the vantage club. That way you can experience the rooftop bar with Moses, William, Andrew, Eder and Jesus! They were just amazing. Then you can grab breakfast or lunch and you should definitely ask for the server Manuel. They had a really great entertainment crew as well. Especially enjoyed water aerobics with Caesar. We did go to the beach club, which was super cool, but we didn’t stay long because it was a very hot humid day and really just wanted to be in the pool. But the process is super easy and if you were there a different time of the year it would be a perfect place to hang out. We really enjoyed the food. The French and Italian are a must. There are a ton of options and the service was wonderful everywhere we went. We’d like to give a shout out to the bartender at the main pool. His name is escapes me, but he was wonderful and a ton of fun. What doesn’t get enough credit are the housekeeping and facility workers. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The grounds are incredible. The pools are kept crystal clear. We really had a great time and look forward to our return.

Great Escape
Such a relaxing and enjoyable property. Had such a good time and great time to relax. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. Definitely put this on your list if you need a quick R&R
