Would stay Again
I really loved our room- we were upgraded to one of the villa-like king rooms. The check in process was confusing and the first night we called to have the TV turned off (difficult to figure out) and AC adjusted. The woman on the phone was rude, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, the stay was lovely. The property is beautiful and the service was otherwise wonderful. Well-run hotel except for that first night- the woman was huffy.

Clean and Safe
This is a very beautiful hotel facility. However, the little things make a difference in the customer's experience. During my visit my room was a little dusty and the door was left open by the maintenance person that came to fix an outlet.

Everything was excellent, except the rewards program
My experience at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa overall was excellent. The check in was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds and extra pillows. I had a beautiful view of the Coachella Valley mountains from a small balcony. The property was well kept and visually appealing. Multiple pools and spas were on site and even included a water slide. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The only issue I had during my stay was with the World of Hyatt rewards program. But for this issue, I would have provided a 5 star rating. My purpose was to attend a conference, and their conference facilities and services were also excellent. Overall, I would recommend this site highly.

Sunshine and beautiful views guaranteed!
Recently travelled from the Midwest. Sunshine and beautiful views are guaranteed at this resort! Wonderful conference facilities, professional staff, food and drink for conference were above average, well-manicured landscaping and well-lit pathways, individual balcony or patio for each room, nice outdoor gathering fire table space off lobby, restaurants with local flavor, delicious food. Rooms are large and resort amenities are excellent. No one can enjoy the weather - I was disappointed that it was not warm enough for me to enjoy the pools, poolside bar/food and hot tub (daytime temps were only in the low 60s and evenings in the 40s when I visited in January). My only suggestion for improvement: I wish that there was a concierge with more connected opportunities for area tours/sites that left or picked up from the resort (mountain tram trip, downtown art market or shopping excursion, MCM or Hollywood Tour, Hot Springs, Joshua Tree, etc.) - I did not have a rental car and would've like to have the opportunity to enjoy the Palm Springs, La Quinta, or other areas as well as the resort.

Excellent in every way!
From charming and attentive staff to exceptional accommodations, the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells is magnificent and I am already trying to make plans to visit again. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, I felt spoiled. The property is beautiful and every detail is attended to - super impressed with everything on site.
