Always a great stay!
My husband and I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have never been let down. This year we had our 3 young children with us. A much different vacation but amazing nonetheless. The staff was so helpful and accommodating with the little ones. We had a room upgrade on arrival for our Hyatt status which was beautiful. We also had club access which was perfect for the kids. Our daughter has dairy and egg allergies so it was a little tricky finding her food but the staff did the best they could to help us. We rented a beach tent a few days which is expensive to be honest, but it was worth it for the family. We will be back next year for sure!

Hyatt for a perfect visit each time!
Consistently terrific hotel with emphasis on the guest! If there is a review with a complaint it’s because management was not given the opportunity to address the issue. But it is a very rare event as this hotel always goes above the highest level.

Great experience, would come back!
My wife and I just spent 6 nights at the Hyatt and it was a great experience. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds. The adult (Trankilo) pool was a great addition as we don’t have kids so it was more relaxing on that side. The main pool is very big and nice as well, with a swim up bar and volleyball net. We didn’t eat much at the resort because there are so many nearby options but what we did have was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - probably the best staff experience we’ve had. Aruba itself is beautiful. Renting the Palapas on the beach or pool chairs can be done on the website in advance. The palapas on the left side facing the beach are near some water sports that come and go all day so be aware this is a louder area. The casino was fun and we were able to sit and play blackjack relatively easily. All in all it was a great experience. The only minor inconveniences we experienced are, the mini fridge in the room doesn’t get super cold and the pool umbrellas are kind of see through so you don’t get much reprieve from the heat/sun like a palapa. Those issues are barely worth mentioning and shows how great the trip was if that was all we had issues with! It is very pricey and our first time in Aruba - we would definitely stay again but also consider looking at other options for the price and fact that you spend more all week on food and drinks. The on premise food and drinks were more pricey than the local spots but that’s to be expected. Wi-Fi worked most of the time. One thing I (personally) loved - so many lizards and iguanas around! They were awesome. This is in the high rise area, the beach and views are beautiful and expect a TON of local food and bar options within walking distance which was amazing! Thank you Hyatt for a great vacation. We understand why so many people come back year after year now.

Overall good vacation with the exception of the hotels response to rainy conditions.
Our overall stay was enjoyable with the exception of the day it rained. When the rain lightened up we went down to the beach to walk. When we returned the staff were under the large palapa using towels as cover. When we asked for towels we were told management said no towels could be handed out to guests. We then had to go up to our room to get bath towels. The fact the staff were using the towels made the situation worse. The hotel should consider different policies to handle rain.

Family Vacation
Resort was beautiful. Overall kept very clean at all times. Customer service was top notch. From check-in to check-out. Prices of food at the resort are slightly elevated but many choices to eat right across the street.
