    Great location in Denver

They offer hot and cold breakfast, but it runs out before 9. They were very helpful replenishing the food when requested. Rooms are clean and they have everything you need, including microwave and minibar. Plenty of parking, never saw it full and great location near mall area with plenty options to eat.

    Nope

Stayed one night with family during a road trip. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to request a room pets had not stayed in recently because I am very allergic and this is a pet friendly hotel. Was told this would be accommodated. Was not mentioned at check in, but I assume it was accommodated. With a room that shouldn’t have been given to anyone. We checked in and the bathroom door was broken, would not shut properly and did not lock. This did not thrill any of us craving privacy (myself, husband, an adult son and a teenage son). Then we opened the fridge to put our drinks inside and it smelled like something was rotting inside. I went down to let the front desk know and she did offer to move us, but I made the assumption this room had been specifically chosen to avoid the dog dander, so moving could put me in contact with allergens. The front desk agent appeared to be working alone and she did come up when she was able and clean the fridge, which we appreciated. We decided to just get some rest and move on, but the mattresses were awful. After a 9-hour drive I really wanted some sleep. This was like sleeping on a trampoline. Sunken and thin and bouncy. The a/c would not hold a temp to cool the room. So it was hot all night. Morning and I thought, fine, let’s just get out of here. Well, now, there is a charge that can’t be accounted for on my card. And the front desk can’t explain what it is and is not removing it. They tell me to talk to World of Hyatt because that is where I booked the room. I have emailed the manager, but I doubt I will see that money or hear back. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hyatt Places. This one is not worth stopping for.

Took our $200 Hyatt Gift Card

Took our $200 Hyatt Gift card and then charged us an additional $200 a day later with no explanation and would not fix the issue. Left manager a call and no follow up.
