We had a cosy room in the attic of the hotal and we could see the Eiffel tower from there which was very romantic! The room was big enough and the breakfast was good. Some places in the room could use some renovation, but everything was perfect beyond that!

Nice hotel in excellent location
The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room was very attractively furnished and decorated and Nuxe toiletries were provided on the first night but not replaced when used. The staff were friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast was available and could be taken in the room but no other room service was available. The location was perfect for visiting the major sites and close to metro stations.

This hotel is perfectly located in the Madeline neighborhood. You cannot be this area- We ended up walking so many more places than we were expecting to! (The Champs-Élysées and The Louvre, to name a few). The Saint Augustine and Saint Lazare metro stops are within walking distance, along with bus stops. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra charge, but there is a Paul patisserie right next door so we stopped there for food every morning. There’s also a Monoprix right down the street, where we would pick up waters and snacks for the day. Everything was so convenient, and the room was always comfortable and clean to come back to after a day of adventures. We’re so happy we stayed here!

Aug 15, 2022Standard compact, basic Parisian hotel; well located.
Given that this is a 4 star hotel I was somewhat unimpressed by the hotel's appearance and facilities, especially when compared to the hotel website photographs, although the location is very good. As others have said, it's surprising that the rooms have no refrigerator - something which is usually routine in nearly every hotel I've stayed in. Room service was very limited and the room itself was small and claustrophobic. In fact all the hotel areas were very small including the breakfast room where continental breakfast was served, although there was also boiled eggs and ham available. The bathroom with bath tub was fine as was the air conditioning, although the view from the window was unappealing and had no blinds. The rooms had bulky keys which one was expected to leave at reception (rather old-fashioned nowadays) I was only there for two nights and as such it was acceptable but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Lovely, Clean and Quiet
The hotel staff was really kind and accommodating. When we arrived 6 hours earlier than our check-in time, they were able to hold our bags and give a great recommendation for a local breakfast. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location away from the touristy side of Paris, but still lively and bustling with history. We often found ourselves seated amongst locals while dining out in this area, which served as a good sign to us! The hotel room was a nice size with a giant window that overlooked the street below. It was clean and well stocked and allowed us to enjoy our time in Paris to the fullest! The included hotel breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and coffee brought to your table within minutes of your arrival. It also included multiple drink options and jams, as well as meat and cheeses. All around great experience and would recommend!
