Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
This hotel stinks, there a sewer river by this hotel, so smells very bad, specially at night, the swimming pool was out of service 3 of the days we spent there. Very bad customer service. We got over charges on their website prices, it was actually cheaper to book there in person. The last day we spent there the room didn’t get get cleaned, no clean towels and nobody care when I complained about it, this hotel is one of the worst in my list, very disappointed.

This is a scam
This place it’s like a haunted place. The wifi didn’t get in the room! Ever! Mirror in the room was broken. The worst part is there is no elevator, it’s out of service and employees hace to carry suitcases 5 floors! Bed was clean and nice. But everything else it’s almost scary!

Thieves
Stay away at all cost! Left my mobile behind, after multiple attempts to get it back was told someone else representing me took the mobile; a total lie! I was about to call the police on them but it was not worth my energy and stress.

Authentic 17 Century Mission
This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Guanajuato so one needs to have transportation to the old city. It is an authentic mission which has had some renovation. We were fortunate to have a renovated room which was spacious and nicely decorated. There was a patio and swimming pool but we were not there long enough to make use of it. Staying in this Mexican hacienda was an experience.

Don’t stay here if you’re a tourist!
I stayed here as part of a two week Mexico trip this winter. The rooms were not ready when we arrived so we put three people’s belongings in one room, and left the key at the front desk so that if anyone wanted to go back before the others they could and have access to their belongings. When we got back to the hotel at 9 PM, they were unable to locate our key or find our reservation. The clerk at the front desk did not try to speak to me in English – and him and his friend laughed at us when we tried to speak in Spanish. We finally got access to the room where all of our belongings were, and the clerk left to bring up the two additional hotel keys, and never came back. Breakfast was in at a bar, the staff was rude, and the hotel was not in a central location. There was a wedding happening the week and we were here and the rooms were very loud late into the evening. The only thing this hotel has going for it is a beautiful pool.
