Good location
Great location walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. Easy access. Modern rooms. Nice lobby and easy parking. Only complaint is that HVAC sounded like a jet engine when it went on. Keurig in the room is always a plus!

Good location near train
It’s a nice hotel- good location across from Union Station (great if you’re using light rail), cool urban beighborhood with nice coffee, juice, restaurant choices. Hotel is very clean and beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Those are the good bits …. Not so good- air con in room sounded like a jet taking off every time it turned on, had difficulty keeping a comfy temperature. Had prepaid room, and at check Out was told there was an ‘amenity fee’….. apparently for the ‘free’ waters in room that were labeled $5, and the ‘free food in the Larder’, which I was never advised about. They did eventually- after discussion- waive this. More transparency would have been very helpful. Also more pillow choices!

Large group handled with a personal touch.
What a great hotel to work with! We had 14 people come in from out of town for business meetings. I had a direct line with 1 representative for all of our reservations and needs. Not to mention the hotel is centrally located in a great part of town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time hanging out informally in the lobby and bar staff was also friendly. Recommend it for your business!

Great location, nice room
The Hotel is centrally located with Denver downtown attractions in walking distance. The rooms are Not overly spacious, but sufficiently large to accommodate 2 people with a Bit More luggage. Definite plus: many sockets for loading mobiles, etc. Large closet with plenty of coat hangers and full view mirror, ironing board. Very comfortable mattress, nice cris clean sheets. rooms toward parking garage side very quiet. Elevators could not be heard even though room was really close. Good size, nicely equipped and modern bathroom with sufficient space for laying out personal products, big mirror with integrated lighting, large walk-in shower with glass door, plenty of nice fluffy towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. Everything was clean and tidy. Should be improved: in-room safe, an additional bench for luggage, small coat rack, make-up mirror in the bathroom would make it Perfect! Housekeeping should Check more for broken or disfunctional items, in this case there was a broken shower fixture, fan did not turn off in the bathroom, remote control for TV had an almost dead battery. The sliding door separating the bathroom from the room looks nice, but can not be shut tightly, which offers little privacy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, however with different levels of being able to provide competent Information. Our first inquiry as to where we should pay for the service items provided in the lobby, such as snacks, drinks, etc. we were told it is all complimentary. Also, having reserved a 3-night stay, this was not recorded properly as After the first night we were called by the front desk and made aware that we had been scheduled for checking out. Overall a pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, bad experience
We stayed here for 5 nights, great location but on our third morning around 5am we were woken up to a loud dripping sound coming from our bathroom. There was a leak coming from the shower on the floor above us leaking down into our bathroom through the light in the shower. We contacted the front desk and were told the maintenance man was on a lunch break but he should be up in about 15 minutes. It took close to an hour and the maintenance man walked in and said "I can't fix this now, it's gonna take a few hours for the seal to dry. You're gonna have to switch rooms." So we asked if he would let the front desk know and he said "yeah they'll switch you" we again waited for about an hour and eventually gave up because we had plans for the day and this was taking away from them. We went down to the front desk and asked if our new room was ready and the women working at the desk (very nice and helpful) seemed to have to no idea what we were talking about but was able to give us a new room. Just a frustrating part to our stay because we had a ton of stuff we now had to move to another room on a different floor and didn't really feel like the hotel cared about our inconvenience.
