Another good stay
I have been at this hotel many times for (mainly) business, but this was my first visit as a Diamond Elite. I had to check in late due to my Eurostar being delayed (once again). Check in went smooth, I did not even have to ask for my breakfast benefit as the hotel already assumed I wanted to use, which was correct. Booked a standard room, got upgraded to 1 king bedroom suite. I booked late last week, and I do not recall this suite being available at time of booking. My room was on the 9th floor, which is the highest floor of the hotel. Very spacious, with living area and a gigantic double bed which slept great. In general, I find bedding at this hotel very good. I always sleep like a rose and so does my wife when she’s here with me. Very big bathroom with walk in shower and separate bed. My (reoccurring) points of feedback for this hotel are that the rooms are quite dark, which make it difficult to work or take calls from your desk due to the lighting. Storage space is quite limited, even in big rooms such as my suite. If you plan a long stay here, you will need to live out of your suitcase. I find the rooms to be dusty. There are many dust particles flying around if you beat your pillow. , I tried to capture it on camera. This time my bedside table was wooden, but the glass ones I have had were dust magnets. Also, higher floors tend to have limited water pressure which was the case in my room too. I like to sleep in total darkness. In the early morning, I woke up to a bright green light in my room. It was from from was a panel in the ceiling. I investigated and it look like status led from electronic equipment (the router) and the air-con also came from behind this panel. It looked as if there was daylight coming in from outside, but part from cables (looked like UTP cables, so my router theory seems plausible), but I could not see if this was indeed outside light (as the I was on the highest floor). I’ve made a picture of it. The second night I slept in the other bed where the green leds were less noticeable due to viewing angle, but still a dim green glare could be seen from the ceiling panel. I do find the location of this panel, under a bed, is a bit odd as is the choice for a panel with see-through holes in it. The view from my room was…. Another room. So not much going on here. Other rooms have better views. On the Place Rogier, for instance. As Diamond Elite you can select the a la carte breakfast options. I was greeted and welcomed like royalty during breakfast on my first day. The waiter even took my order for Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, he forgot to deliver them and as it was approaching to the time I needed to do a call I could not eat them in the restaurant. Instead, staff offered to deliver the eggs to my room which very nice. From a culinary point of view, the Eggs Benedict or not the best. One day into my stay, in the afternoon, I received an email notification that my welcome amenity points were available, so the hotel decided to also give me points. No handwritten notes, drinks or snacks in my room. Until now, Convent Square Lisbon is winning this with a solid track record of leaving a platter of cheeses and ham with a (very good) bottle of red wine. Second day breakfast the reception at the breakfast restaurant was friendly but a bit less enthusiastic. No offering of food delivery or mentioning of what I could order from the menu. Had to order my eggs benedict myself, the chef I also saw yesterday was a bit grumpy/not that friendly and said ’this is extra’. Nothing was charged to my room. A final point of advice for people planning to stay here: the hotel is close to a high crime area. The area around Brussels’ North Station is very dodgy. I have never run into trouble there myself, but crime incidence is very high. A lot of ‘men’ hanging around. The area around Place Rogier does see some spillover of people who venture out of the Brussels North area. If you are arriving from Brussel Noord or need to be there, walk on the side of the Rue du Progress which is ‘the better side’. I would highly recommend to not walk under the railway viaduct towards the Rue du Brabant, especially at night.

Comfy Hotel - good location
This is a well located hotel - very close to parking and metro. The immediate area is a little short on bars/places to eat, but they are a only short walk away. The staff and their attention to our needs were really good and I thank them for that. My only gripe - and this hotel is not alone, where do you put your stuff? There was a hanging space but nothing that you could unpack into. I travel heavy - do not live out of a suitcase and when I stay for a few days, or even single nights, I like to unpack my gear into drawers of shelves. What is it with hotel designers that the "floor-drobe " is the place to put your gear? However - we enjoyed our stay and would return but will probably bring an Ikea box kit with us! lol

A Wonderful, Highly Recommended Hotel! A Great Stay in Brussels
We had a truly pleasant experience at the Indigo Brussels. The staff at the front desk was polite and efficient. We were assigned a large room with all the amenities we could need. We stayed three nights and did not need our rooms to be cleaned but the staff was proactive to provide us with what we needed during our stay. The sauna is also fantastic. Nevertheless, our experience at the Serra Garden Kitchen - Main Restaurant was surely what made our experience so thrilling. The carbon footprint suggestions for each item, the option to add-in a protein of our choice (we had carnivor and vegetarian dinners), the open kitchen and the dilligence of the staff were truly refreshing. The stars of the show for us were Adolphe, Marcus, and Louana who really demonstrated their passion for service and the restaurant industry throughout our stay. They were friendly, professionnal, efficient and, most important, they showed they cared and enjoyed working with their cowokers; a great team. It was a bit of a contrast from the front desk team who tend to sit down and check their phones throughout their shifts. Nonetheless, they were kind to us so that is what really matters. Keep up the great work. It is a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. Close to Gare du Nord and a Tram/Metro station (Rogier). Thank you for a fantastic experience! :)

A wonderful stay in Brussels. Thank you Hotel Indigo.
Beautiful hotel. Marvelous interior design. Ideal room. Space view from the window. Lots of plants and flowers. The hotel has a sauna and gim. All conditions are created for an incredible stay. Buffet breakfast meets the requiremnts of all gourmands. One may have a delicious lunch and dinner at the hotel. The hotel is located practically in downtown. Next to it there is an underground station, a tram and a bus station. An experienced and cheerful personel working at the hotel is always ready to help. For us it was the first time staying at this hotel. We are very happy. Now we know that we have our favorite hotel in Brussels. Special thanks to Ms Olena Drozd.

Great hotel just a short walk from Grand Place
A thoroughly enjoyable one night stay at the Hotel Indigo Brussels. All the facilities were great, bed and shower as expected and the room included USB-C charger connections too. (Likely a European thing as here in the UK we're behind the times!) The water jug was refillable from a fountain just outside the lifts, which wasn't the end of the world at all, but the jug itself wasn't huge, which meant you may need several trips if you were a regular water drinker! The bar was friendly and you could order at the bar or using a QR code, we did both and the staff were great, although I noted the staff couldn't recognise my Essex accent when asking for a glass of wine. The hotel is just outside a Starbucks if the breakfast and coffee internally arent your thing and a short walk to fast food. A slightly longer walk takes you on a straight one to Grand Place, so if you are mobile enough, this is a great options. Huge, huge, kudos and thanks to the reception staff who retrieved our passports from the safe as we sped away from the hotel in an Uber. Our silly mistake, resolved with absolutely no fuss from the staff! Thank you again!
