Great event!
The hotel was fantastic! Had a great event! Friendly staff, great tasting food and a nice variety of options Stephanie and her team were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel location is close to Disney Springs which also provided additional nightly entertainment and additional dining options. We would book this location again if it were up to me.

Pleasant stay
I had an enjoyable stay here at the holiday inn. The room was great. Plenty of space. I was surprised to see I had a balcony view. As other people have said, the concrete balcony, isn’t good because you can’t look out. Only ok for standing. Shame. The staff were attentive and nice. I’m glad they had buses to the Disney parks. I just wish they were a bit more regular, like every half hour. The food was really good. I surprisingly enjoyed it! I hope they’re able to get their restaurant back up and running soon.

Clean hotel with great service after a long day at the parks
Overall really happy with this stay. Customer service here was amazing. Had a slight booking issue with the app which the staff were able to fix for me at check in, even though they technically could have said no. Received a lovely Disney passport with vouchers and maps for Disney Springs. While dated the rooms were clean. An upgrade to the bathroom wouldn't go amiss however you knew it was clean. Housekeeping did a great job replacing towels and facewashers through our stay. Give we were mainly in the theme parks, this was a well priced and clean resort to come back to after a long day of walking. Pleasantly surprised and would stay again. Note: the shuttle buses weren't great, had a musty moldy smell. We decided to use uber as not to flare up allergies. This isn't associated to the hotel but a service. As a free service it got you to the parks but we rathered the uber

A Great Hotel Option for DisneyWorld
We were looking for a hotel connected to WDW that would allow us to have early entry to the Disney parks. Disney allows those who stay at Disney Springs hotels to have early entry, just like the Disney property hotels. The hotels at Disney Springs in general are less expensive and have what you need for a Disney World vacation. I took TripAdvisor's advice and chose their highest rated Disney Springs hotel. We were very, very happy with our choice. The Holiday Inn at Disney Springs room was very nice and well equipped. We had a Keurig coffee maker and a sufficiently sized fridge. This was important to us as we provided our own breakfast in the hotel. We brought coffee creamer, yogurt cups and frozen sausage egg English muffins that are good for several days in a normal refrigerator. The Keurig coffee provided by the hotel was delicious and we had plenty of room in the fridge for all we bought, plus the two water bottles the hotel gave us each day we were there. We went to the parks every day after a satisfying breakfast that we easily prepared ourselves. We had basic housekeeping daily, which is less common now compared to pre-Covid days. Fresh towels were provided and trash was emptied daily. New Keurig cups and the water bottles were provided at that time as well. We visited the parks for 5 days and had 2 rest days in the middle of the park days. The pool is lovely, the hot tub was delightful, and there is a 2-4 happy hour daily for less expensive drinks. Our room number was 906. From our balcony we could see the 9PM Magic Kingdom fireworks on the nights we were not at parks. If you would like to see these fireworks ask for a room from the 9th floor up, any where from -05 to -13. You should be able to see the fireworks from any of these rooms. You probably can see them on lower floors as well but I do not know that for sure. All the staff were helpful and courteous, but I want to single out Daniel, one of the evening shift front desk staff. He checked us in and was so positive and helpful with all our questions. He was on duty most of our nights there and always greeted us cheerfully and asked about our day at the park. He represents Holiday Inn extremely well. There were additional fees that I was not thrilled about. Self parking is $20/day and there is a daily service fee, which I think was $38. But that does allow you to use daily bus service to and from the Disney parks, which normally cost $14 each. And as I said earlier, you are able to go to the parks 30 minutes early than those who did not stay at a Disney sponsored hotel. Even with the extra fees, which I guess other hotels charge as well, the Holiday Inn at Disney Springs Is a great value in the overpriced world of Disney. One last thing. If you want to get the most our of your WDW vacation and see and do as much as possible at the parks, you must buy "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World." Read all of the components of the book that are relevant to you. Buy their app and input everything you want to see or do at the parks. It will schedule your day for you so you will enjoy the park with as little waiting in lines as possible. AND BE AT THE PARKS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE WHEN THEY ALLOW VISITORS IN!!
