This Hotel it's horrible! The air conditioning in the room 333 not working at 1:30 am I call the receptionist and he not fixed the problem, around 2:30 am I call the customer service Holiday inn and the not fixed the problem, at 4:30 am I come in the reception and Andrew the receptionist the said talk with the manager at 8 am, at 8 :30 am I try to find the manager the name is Ernesto, but he is not in the hotel, after around 10 am I explains the problem and he said I can't help you, I call back the customer service and I talk with name: Jay Position: Keys manager Department: guest relationships it's very rude people and he said I can't help you Jay transfer my call at: Name: Eugenia Position:Senior case Manager Department: Guest relationship. And she it's very rude and inappropriately for this position anyway she said the same I can't help you. My consideration is : avoid absolutely this hotel and Holiday inn because $130 dollar for night it's not an joke. I hope this Reviews help someone.

Avoid if you can
Hotel needs a good cleaning - top to bottom. The air conditioner in my room malfunctioned - it only came on every 15 minutes for 1 minute. I got into the hotel late and unpacked before I realized it . Front desk could only change room. I checked out the next morning. Will not be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! BEWARE!!! WORST HOLIDAY INN EVER!!!
I Am not sure how to start this review. First of all, if you are looking for a "vacation type of feel" THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY. This hotel is located in the worst area of Inglewood, Ca. I couldn't keep count of all the homeless people and questionable characters that were hanging around this property. The parking garage had countless numbers of people waiting for the gates to open and they would just walk in. I wondered why there were "PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK" signs posted ALL THROUGHOUT that parking garage area. The staff were completely rude to us when we checked in. We stayed there from Thursday thru Sunday and almost everyday our electronic key cards would deactivate. Having a 3rd floor room made that experience even worse, because we had go all the way back down to the lobby to have the card reinstated. The staff kept accusing us of asking to have the cards replaced and that is why they keep deactivating. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. There was ( what i thought looked like a condom) stuffed in the smoke detector, bugs on the walls and the lamps were all damaged. I have attached some photos. We called for this to be fixed but were given the 3rd degree by the staff. We traveled all the way from Arizona and could not just cancel and find another place without being charged for not cancelling within the 24 hour period of the check in date, We were committed to stay at this dump. I became a member of the IHG's website because my father owns a timeshare he books thru them. so with that being said, i did not expect anything less than something on a "resort level" place that would be advertised on their website. not only was this place the neighborhood dump of a hotel, i never felt safe the entire time we were their because of the location . Like i said, if you are expecting a vacation experience from a hotel, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS!! I am disputing what we were charged with my credit card company. i will never book another room there EVER!!!

Close enough to our venue
Their sofa bed could not fit comfortably two children. Ended up fitting 3 person in a queen size bed. Not comfortable. A/C keeps shutting off when we needed the most. Wi-Fi is spotty. Can’t maintain connection. The fridge freezer requires thawing. Can’t put anything except in the cold side. The temperature handle is missing. The shower flow is weak. Can’t take a shower without turning it up to high which is in high heat. The comforter for the sofa wasn’t available. We have to get it at the front desk. What a service. It should have been placed in the closet. The comforter shows rips and holes upon unfolding it. It should had been thrown out instead of reuse. The facia for the bathroom sink has warped. Noticeable sloppy renovation. Customer service is good. Helpful. Breakfast is better than a continental. Warm and healthy choices. Parking is in secured garage. The place is clean.

Worst Holiday Inn Express EVER
My family and I have been loyal customers of Holiday Inn Express for many years, so of course, we decided to stay at the Hawthorne location during our trip to Los Angeles. Given this, we were shocked at the quality (or should I say, lack thereof) of our room. Newly renovated? These photos say otherwise. #1 shows the holes and dents on the walls. #2 broken door with lazy paint cover-up. #3 stained, dirty carpet. #4,5,6 dirty bathroom with stained walls. Granted, my mother scrubbed at the wall our first night because there appeared to be feces or dried blood on the wall, and we were all disgusted. Finally, #7 incredibly wrinkled curtains, and #8 broken lamp. Not shown are the videos that I took of the charging ports being too loose to charge any technology, the uneven floor near the bathroom door causing it to not open properly, the toilet that doesn’t properly flush, and the wifi not working at all. It must also be noted that the carpet smells moldy, AND the hotel often smells of weed (which, doesn’t matter your opinion on its use, we can all agree it is not a pleasant smell). Needless to say, this has been the worst experience with a Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever had and makes us really reconsider booking with them ever again. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
