Leroy is an ambassador for your brand
From the moment I checked in this felt like home. Nice location with an amazing shopping area nearby. Holiday Inn express always has the most comfortable beds in the best here breakfast. Leroy was so warm and welcoming and hospitable and worked his butt off to get me situated. Thanks y’all great job!

Billing Nightmare
Stayed 2 nights for a work conference; government job so tax exempt. Was still charged tax despite having given front desk my paperwork 3x. Hotel was charged to both my debit AND credit card. Still working things out with general manager 3 days after check out. Have stayed here in past years without problem; will not stay again.

Car vandalized
3 cars from our group were vandalized, windows busted. In their parking lot over night. Will never stay there again Staff at front desk did not do anything to help. And Columbus police said they didn't have enough officers to reply And on line report was so confusing. After 45 minutes, gave up.

Dirty
One of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. Pillows had stains on them and carpets filthy. Looked as if the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Breakfast was average. Disappointing stay and will not return. Close to Easton but would stay elsewhere

Hotel Has Potential
Our family (35M; 35F; 5 yo; 2 yo) stayed here for two nights. We specifically chose this hotel near Easton in Columbus, Ohio because of the advertised pool & hot tub. As you can see in the first photograph, when this hotel is googled, there is immediately a picture of the pool & hot tub. The second photograph I shared is what they actually have at the hotel (the hot tub was cemented over!). We were incredibly disappointed in this false advertisement because we would have looked elsewhere before even booking this hotel had we known! (& there were never any towels available at the pool). Regardless, we stayed. Upon checking in around 8 pm, & settling into our room, we realized that the air conditioning did not work. We called down to the front desk & we were told that nothing could be done. Instead, we were offered another standard room. However, we had just spent four hours on the road & had unpacked everything from our bags already, so that was not an option (my husband was able to get the air working by doing his own maintenance later that night). As unhappy, hot, & exhausted as we were, we still had to give our littles a bath before bed. That was the next mishap. The tub did not fill! My husband took apart the tub stopper, but despite trying to get the tub stopper to stay put, it continued to remain lifted. As a result, our littles took a very quick rinse. On top of that, the bathroom door did not lock. Luckily, we were only in the hotel to sleep as we spent our day out & about around Easton. We did take our garbage to the common area both mornings we were there & no one ever emptied the garbage (which was gross as the bin was overflowing with trash). I had planned on sharing our experience with the front desk, but there was always a line (or a sign saying that they had stepped away). By the time we checked out (which we did indulge in a late check out at least), I was simply ready to get on the road. We will not stay here again.
