Unsafe Area
The location was very unsafe and it was a nightmare staying there. Solo travelers be ware. Shuttle was a lie, they only bring to Boston Children's Hospital, NOT Mass General. Deadbolt was broken and I was on the 1st floor, I didn't sleep a wink, and the shower curtain was mildew.

Two night stay
A great hotel. Rooms are a really good size with comfy beds. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good too. Loved location short walk across to Target and Applebees. Would defiantly recommend. We had hire car and was charged 20 euros a day parking which compared to other hotels in the area is cheap.

Great Motel Near Boston T
We stayed about a week enjoyed the historic sites in the area. Had a rental car but really didn’t need it all that much because we bought a rail card and used it almost every day. Easy 7 min walk to Andrew Station. Only time we used the car was going out to Salem and side trip down to Cape Cod. Loved our tour of Fenway Park. Don’t miss the Freedom Trail & Faneuil Hall. So much fun. Free buffet breakfast at the motel was easy and filling. Motel even has early morning airport shuttle for $10 each. What more can you ask?? Thanks IHG!!

Ideal Location
Stayed here for four nights in September. Found staff to be really helpful. Room was clean and large. Enjoyed the breakfast supplied. Not far from station that took us into Boston. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean hotel
I booked this hotel based on reviews. Most people had raved about the location. But, I think the best thing about this hotel, was how extremely clean it was. The usual places, like corners and wallboards we're even clean! The breakfast offered was wonderful and again, offered in a large clean area. It is located extremely close to a mall. It is approximately a 4 mile walk to the freedom trail and 5 miles to " Ole Ironsides". The T line to take you into Boston is about a half mile walk. We did experience issues concerning the shuttle service. The shuttle bus is a Marriot bus, w small signage for Holiday Inn Express. Plus, it didn't stop to put us up after waiting at the waiting area for 45 minutes, w a reservation for the shuttle. It had been a long travel day and though I was not pleased w the service we had not received, the floor manager, Rick, handled the situation professionally. Which was appreciated after the mix up.
